Nikolai Coster-Waldau knocked his scene out of the park. That Jaime/Brienne bath scene was done so absolutely perfectly, his acting there was amazing, pulled off all the necessary emotion.

Just wow.

Great episode all around. Hound vs Beric was awesome, the Gendry/Arya scene, all really done well. They got a little weird with the dead babies in jars thing, but I guess it was to add some dramatic effect.. lol.

She's definitely the ideal queen. She is dripping with honey but but certainly knows the benefits of doing so. She's mastered the subtlety that the Lannisters so sorely lack. It is a game after all.

I am pretty sure I love her; but in the back of my mind she scares me far worse than the Queen. She hasn't set any limits on her own behavior yet and seems willing to cater to nimrods most sadistic side.

She got plenty of practice when playing Anne Bolen in The Tudors :laugh2:

I dont catch many episodes but that episode with the blonde. When she dropped a bomb on the baldie selling the soldiers.

THAT was EPIC!

On par with Michael Corleon's assassination of the heads of the 5 families epic!

Another outstanding episode. So many awesome moments. Has to be the best show on television....Walking Dead isn't even close, imo.

I gotta agree. It took me a while to full of embrace GoT as one of the great shows but this season has solidified it for me. GoT goes in my pantheon of great shows.

Yet another AMAZING episode this week.

Littlefinger's "Ladder" speech at the end was chilling with the shot of Ros.

Tywin and Oleanna were magic together. Sword Swallower, rofl!

They are finally building up Jon and Ygrittes relationship a bit, instead of just having them bang and be in love instantly, which is good.

Theon and his.. mystery friend, so good :)

Roose Bolton is simply amazing the last 2 episodes, it makes me wish he had gotten a LOT more screen time in the previous seasons.

Loved all the Melisandre/Thoros business. Thoro's story about bringing Beric back the first time was great.

Love this show so much.

You know they will start building up to the Wedding at House Frey of Riverrun as the season ender. That will be a BIIIIIIIIIG thing for those that have not read the books.

That wedding is actually the second to last episode of the season. There's a question of whether or not another wedding is being slotted for the last episode of the season or the beginning of next. I hope it's the season ender, but it's looking doubtful unless they're purposefully hiding it.

Oh yes...the lannister wedding.

That will be a good one as well. I think they might show that one as well and then the Tyrion/Tywin situation at the start of the next season.

Good episode.

Joffrey is sick in the head
The latter speech was great
Some intense scenes when climbing up the wall
No Daenary or the dragons this episode

Ramsay is the guy torturing Theon? Is he Ramsay Bolton or Ramsay Snow?

I hope they get both "weddings" out of the way this season. It would be by far the best way to leave it and have build-up for season 4.

There are 3 Weddings. I'm not sure if all 3 will be this season, but one will be in episode 8 (the episode written by GRRM), and another will be in episode 9.

Episode 10 might include the last wedding. They are certainly speaking about the wedding a lot this season, and it would be a nice stopping point for all the Kings Landing plot lines.

Although the third will no doubt have a much longer arc, it does not carry the series turning moments that the other two did imo.

I could be wrong on this as it has been some time since I read the books.

However I was thinking in the books we did not see Theon Tortured until a little later as it was a shock that the character being written about turned out to be Theon.

You are correct, sir! It just cut to a broken down, "post torture" Theon later on.

Nod. Theon isn't in the 3rd or 4th books. He doesn't appear again until the 5th book, and it's "post" torture.

Though the show can't just drop Alfie Allen for a few seasons that'd be weird, and since you get so much of what happened torture wise via his inner monologue in the books, it makes sense to just go ahead and show some of what's going on.
