I'm not saying it's the best ever but that episode was almost perfection.

I avoided all of the spoilers so maybe you were expecting something different?

Regardless.. That was epic imo.
Drachyrus ..... that was awesome

the highs and lows were stomach churning no matter who you are for

Jaime don't die

Bronn don't die

Bronn you better not ******* kill Drogon

KILL BRONN DROGON, I never liked him THAT much!

Don't fly right at him Danerys!!

Bronn you *******!!!!

Kill them all Drogon!!!!!!

Pretty much how that last 12 minutes went for me. Holy hell was this an episode. For this not to be an episode 9 or 10, it damn sure impressed. Easily one of my favorite episodes ever in the series.

Also, the sexual tension is right there for everyone to see. It's going to happen.

"I saw you staring at her good heart. Speaking of good hearts, Missandei of Naath." Davos is smooooooth lol.

I don't think Bronn or Jamie are dead. They would've showed Bronn if he died so he's definitely alive. Jamie is a little trickier. It did look like he was sinking with his heavy armor on. But if they really wanted to kill off a major character like that, they would've given him a better finish, like having Drogon fire blast him. I think he'll probably get out of the water and end up being captured by Daenerys. It would be interesting to see Tyrion become reunited with his former best friend Bronn and his brother Jamie. And it'll keep the idea alive that Jamie will be the one to kill Cersei. Having him just plunge down into the water like that would be the most anticlimactic death ever on the show by far.

I just dont see how after last week they can kill Jaime without the reveal. However in the Game of Thrones universe, anything and everything is possible

I agree. If he was going to die there, it would have been in that last fire blast. Tyrion saw the whole thing from the hill, so I think you're right there too.

you mean there are fans that want the Lanisters to win?
I think people just like Jaime and Bronn and Danerys and Drogon. There's really not many characters left people don't like so they are all going to suck when/if they die.

That was just a classic episode with a classic type of Game Of Thrones ending. A really good cliff hanger.

They will pull Jamie out. Tyrion was watching the whole thing and I'm sure he will rush to tell someone to save his brother.

BTW... That puddle of water didn't look like much from what I remember and it looked like he was sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

I agree, I hated Jaime the first couple of years but seems like he had an epiphany with Brianne and became likeable. I was with Tyrion when he said Flee, you expletive. Flee. Dont want Jaime or Bronn to die.

so who saved Jaime? Was it Bronn?

I like Jamie and Bronn but they are on the wrong side.

I think all of us felt so much conflict watching Bronn & Jamie go at Daenarys and the Dragon.

I tip my cap to Jamie for being a true knight and not running. He saw the opportunity to take out the Queen and he went for it. Jamie is really one of the coolest characters in the show because he has done so much bad but has also done so much good.

I think it was Bronn because he was close to that big spear gun thing.

I think Dickon saving him earlier was just to throw us off.

If it was Dickon then I doubt he survives.

I'm pretty sure it was Bronn. He didn't have on the heavy armor Dickon had and it appeared that the guy who saved him wasn't wearing heavy armor.

Some random questions...

Did anyone think Sansa looked Jealous of Arya as she was fighting Brienne?

Do you see any parallels between Jamie sinking and Bran Falling in episode 1?

If Jamie does survive will be held prisoner and will Tyrion try to set him free? If so will Jamie go after Daenarys like Tyrion did to Tywin?

Another thing... I couldn't help but think of how Robert Baratheon was worried about the Dothraki crossing the seas and being at the gates of Kings Landing with a Targaryen.

Hearing the thunder of those horses footsteps was so cool. I didn't expect the Dothraki to fight so well against an organized group of fighter but when you add Dragons to the Dothraki then it turns into a game changer as we all saw.

Classic GOT.

Kind of thinking the Queen of Dragons and Jon Snow end up together before realizing they are related.:muttley:
