At the beginning, Grey Worm is killing prisoners and Jon says he will go speak with the Queen and leaves Grey Worm, while he finishes his duties. He gets to where the Queen is and somehow, Grey Worm is already there and standing at the top of the stairs. How did he beat Jon there?

In Man of Steel, Kal-El and Zod are fighting in one section of decimated Metropolis while Lois watches relatively close by. The fight goes into outer space and returns in a totally different part of Metropolis--as seen through Lois' eyes observed as both men fell back to Earth HIGH above the city.

Superman and General Zod crashed through the roof of the building where citizens had taken shelter. The climax of the fight happened in seconds, with Clark holding Zod in a headlock. Zod made his choice and Clark stopped him--AT THE EXACT TIME LOIS GETS TO THE BUILDING!

How does Lois get from one part of the city to an entirely different part of the city in... what? Four minutes tops??? Did she catch a cab? Was the driver Danica Patrick? How many detours did they take driving at Mach 2?

How did Lois pick the right building where Clark had fallen when she got there? There were still a few buildings standing in that area. The fight was happening below street level (Lois ran DOWN stairs after arriving).

Did Lois run to the fight? She must have. There was only seconds to act. Wait. Lois does not have SUPER SPEED!!!

Yep. The answer is simple. It is the Lois Lane Paradox. It is the method where a character or characters can transverse an impossible distance, within a matter of moment, without the aid of artificial means. It is all completely logical.

well its not the first time that has happened in GoT. hell it used to take an entire season to travel from one land to the other but soon, it was just a few hours.

As far as GoT is concerned, I assume there was probably some scenes that were cut. Possibly Jon stopping to help someone or possibly a conversation with Davos telling him he is the only one who can fix things? Or maybe the simple answer is just really bad writing.

I agree, there's a lot of potential in Arya's adventures. There's also potential in Jon's expedition in the North, but probably not until after Winter's over.

What I don't get is that, if Bran knew he was going to be King, why did he tell Tyrion in Winterfell that he's stuck in the past, or something like that?

It's like the attraction Stark Tower had in the original Avengers. It seemed every fight came to that building. Even the Nuke shot from miles away, over the ocean would've hit Stark Tower dead center, had Iron Man not redirected it. I realize it was at the epicenter of the battle because of Loki opening the portal there, but then why was it one of the few buildings not completely destroyed?

The irony of the whole thing is the outcome of Game of THRONES with everyone wondering who will end up on the iron throne, ends up with the actual iron throne being destroyed with the new "throne" being portable. Bran is sitting on the throne every waking hour.

How screwed over was Bronn's character?

Probably one of the main supporting characters in the series, and he's given like 2 or 3 minor appearances in the final season?

What the hell was he doing the whole time? He just magically shows up to threaten/blackmail Tyrion and Jaime, and then after all the fighting is over (none of which this great fighter partook in), he's given a seat on the Small Council? With all the pointless deaths in this season, seeing him die after aligning with Cersei would have actually been a worthwhile outcome.

Kinda ironic that he aligned with Cersei, because apparently, in real life they hated each other. They dated once upon a time and it ended very badly, to the point it was stipulated in their contracts they couldn't be in the same room together. That probably killed some of his screen time.

I do not know if they will spin off Arya's adventures but if that is the plan, I wish they would have let the Hound live so he could travel with her. I thought the interactions between the two of them were some of the better scenes in the whole series.

Well...

A. Selvig's portal was located there, so the invading forces would have all appeared above Stark Tower. Most fighting was directed towards the source of the invasion.
B. Loki started and ended back at Stark Tower. The main villain always attracts fights.
C. Guided cruise missiles can hit the smallest of targets, while doing small corrections in flight trajectory, from miles away. The epicenter was Stark Tower. It would be kinda hard not targeting the building.

D. Loki would have directed his army away from Stark Tower. It was his new center of operations. Or throne, so to speak.

well, it's over now. all the people who hated the final season for xyz reason can now begin saying why it sucked and how much better they could have done and what should have happened. i must admit there are some changes i'd make, but there always seems to be that. there comes a time you just put it down and listen to the story from someone else and be entertained, less so much the critic.

i tried to get into GoT early on and failed. it just didn't hit me to be much worth watching and to be honest, it was confusing. so many people always changing sides and dying just as you get to like them. then just before season 7 was to come about, it was the conversation at work and people couldn't believe i wasn't watching it. i mean, i wore a battle helm, pauldrons and leather gloves to a halloween party and was called "the hound" by most. so i took it upon myself to change this error in my ways and with about a month before season 7 started, i slammed 6 seasons of GoT.

of course in slamming you miss quite a bit. i've never been very good with names anyway and the slamming didn't help so i was constantly making up nick names for the characters just to try and talk at work and make sure i was understanding as best i could.

during the slamming i do believe hardhome became one of my favorite episodes still. that one was just intense and had me gripping the remote (at least i hope that's what that was) through the entire episode. but eventually i caught up and was able to have regular conversations with people in the final 2 seasons.

the final season has had its ups and downs to be sure. some guessed correctly, some were wrong, 500k+ people want a mulligan. 500k+ people are crazy. most are likely the run is over and while im sure it was the time of their lives in many ways, time to do something else now.

for the finale, i was happy with the way it ended. tyrian showed the most depth and acting ability and is my favorite character from the series. most were in it for themselves of some sort but he was truly out there for people. my "meh" moment was digging rocks off his brother and sister. with what was coming down i'm not sure how enough was left standing to walk through and they were more or less at the top of the pile. tons of rock fall on me i'm usually at the bottom of it. but let it go because the moment was so well done and emotional you roll with it.

in the end, i think they did a good job of putting everyone in their chosen place. people went where their characters dictated they would go if on their own and most except for greyworm got what they wanted out of life. the adventures of john and aryia are the most interesting at this point and while i hear they're doing a "prequel" - i'd almost rather see what those 2 do and not so much how it all came to be.

but well over a decade in the making, the final show of something so epic will leave so many wanting for a variety of reasons. the greater the series, the greater the voices when done. this is a hard one to let go of to be sure. through 70+ episodes and countless guesses at what is in store, i was very entertained. and that is the main reason to watch much of anything.

well done Game of Thrones, well done.
