That petition is up to 1.4M sigs and I am assuming (hoping) most of those are in jest just to drive the number up to expose the shear lunacy of that. And now they've got some of the actors coming to the defense of the writers.
I look at this as something very simple because this has been about surprises all along the way and did anyone expect those that survived to be the last ones standing? I assumed Bronn (if he showed up),Grey Worm, Jon, Tyrion for sure were goners. I was just happy the one constant throughout this entire production, Davos, survived. I kind of latched onto him from the beginning because he was one of the few actors I recognized.
It's not the way I would have ended this based on how it's been produced so far and like children on Christmas morning disappointed in their present when they opened it, and I do feel I got some socks from Aunt Martha with some of this, it was still Christmas with the anticipation I had for this season. I looked forward to every episode and honestly, had I not seen the discussions here and elsewhere, would have been quite pleased as I was along for the ride wherever it took me and am not usually overly critical of entertainment, I either like it or I don't and I liked this. I do not feel as some do that my time was wasted.
