One theory I saw a while back was that Jaime takes out Cersei, The Mountain takes out Jaime, he dies in Brienne's arms, and The Night King takes Daenerys as his Queen, thus ending the war between the living and the dead

My reading was A-OK until I read 'The Night King'. Everything turned blurry after that.

If anyone can talk his way out of his dilemma (and possibly with Tyrion's help) unlike Little Finger, it is Jaime.

Jaime has done a lot more than just push Bran

He killed the Karstark boy in custody when Cat let him go

He trapped and assaulted and arrested Ned Stark

He is a Lannsiter and they plotted the Red Wedding

He also attacked Blackfish with Walder Frey, another Red Wedding conspirator

Cersai wants to kill Sansa and Jaime is her man..... who could trust him

If they let Jaime go they need to just give up and surrender the North to the Night King

She was the only one willing to speak up and and say what everybody else was thinking. He leaves a king and comes back as Dany's boy toy and it's not like her family have a great reputation.

• Finally, FIGHT ON!
