I bring a blend of ancho, new Mexico red, guajillos, cascabel and dried chipotle for the smoky flavor. Chuck roast cut up for the meat. Braise 3-4 hours.Homemade chili. I blend my own chili spices from Gebhardt's chili powder, toasted cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and ancho chili's. No ground meat for me... I use sirloin.
It is already slow cooking... May have some for breakfast.
