Homemade chili. I blend my own chili spices from Gebhardt's chili powder, toasted cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, and ancho chili's. No ground meat for me... I use sirloin.

It is already slow cooking... May have some for breakfast.

;)
I bring a blend of ancho, new Mexico red, guajillos, cascabel and dried chipotle for the smoky flavor. Chuck roast cut up for the meat. Braise 3-4 hours.

You have to look up the recipe for Alabama firecrackers they're supposed to be great with chili it involves red pepper flakes garlic olive oil can't remember what else but basic saltine crackers soaked in this stuff in a plastic bag overnight and then dried
Go to allrecipes.com recipe is on there search Alabama firecrackers

Cleaning it up after last weeks food and drink bender. Post workout protein shake, 1 lb turkey wrap for lunch, bowl of homemade chili for a snack. Lots of water and a quinoa/chicken dish on a bed of arugula for dinner.
