Since we're playing a bunch of leftovers on our offensive line, I'm having leftover chicken fajitas in Quesadillas.
Go Cowboys......yipee.....It'll be fun to see Dez play again.

I'm on Galveston Island this month. I plan to go to the seafood market down the street, pick up some shrimp that just came off a boat, and grill them on the flattop. Maybe just a pinch of Old Bay and a good squirt of lime. Go Pokes!

A game day menu on a Tuesday nearly threw me in shock.

I'm at work right now but going to stop off at a restaurant that was recommended to me.
Going to have a fried catfish and shrimp platter.

Two poached eggs on an everything bagel to start the day. Leftover spicy homemade ramen from last night for lunch.


Hopefully I can convince the lady to make a bowl of chili tonight, with cornbread obviously.

I just checked the fridge! Lo and behold, I have the makings of a big bowl of large shrimp salad with cherry tomatoes, hearts of Romaine lettuce, mushroom slices, ranch light dressing and some white wine to wash it down my thirsty gullet. Cherry pie for dessert, if I can find some.

May see if The Raven movie is on with Peter Lorre, the old classic. Or maybe The Crow, hell I don't know.
with all the movie apps out there, it has to be on one of them, for free. Maybe on You Tube.
