Call me when Jason has a QB who can read the field and make all the throws.
Lol, really?
Call me when Jason has a QB who can read the field and make all the throws.
I think he has built a roster and a team that is finally beginning to function like a roster and team that knows it's job.

At that time I think he was overrated and overhyped. Since then Ravens have won a superbowl and we are still average. Question is why?
It was a classic hot stove stick-em up, well done by Jason. He parlayed 1 talent loaded season with Sparano into what? Like .......$15 - $20 million dollars so far..?
Jason knew that he wouldn't last beyond his second season in Baltimore and went for the long-term annuity. Very smart decision on his behalf.
LOL Garrett is lucky to have Romo. This team mediocrity stems from Garrett, not Romo.
Romo's gonna get Garrett fired, cost Jerry a shot at one last SB, continue to underutilize Dez and Witten.

Garrett is gonna get Garrett fired.
Losing in the manner that the team did last Sunday is a rarity and points to a probable future where the coach either seriously looks inside himself and figures out what is wrong and changes, or ends up being what he is and is sent out to the pasture.

I believe that the injuries, in Jerry's warped mind, have been extensive enough already to buy Garrett another year. At year's end the Detroit game is one Jerry will re-hash and proclaim that game a win without injuries. In his make believe world, at the end of the season, he'll have this team as 12-4 minus the injuries. He'll tell us Jason is the right man, give us that "used-car salesman's wink", and assure us that we are very close to the Super Bowl.
This is an interesting theory. It still depends on fooling both the Cowboys and the Ravens front offices regarding his competence and his offensive philosophy. I don't think it's very plausible.
He'll be Jeff Garcia in Cleveland: one and doneTwo simple questions settle this idiotic debate..................
1. When/if Garrett gets fired, how many teams go after him as a head coach?
answer: zero
2. If Romo was released, how many teams try to grab him as fast as possible?
answer: 15
Jets, Miami, Buffalo, Cinn, Clev, Tenn, Hou, Jax, KC, Oak, Philly, Minn, TB, Ariz and STL.
Garrett is the reason this team can't get over the hump, not Romo. Sure, Romo has had some blunders, but he is the only reason this team doesn't average 5 wins a season. Romo masks Jason's deficiencies.
He is being raked over the coals because he lost a game that he would've won just by having his qb take a knee.

Unfortunately the negatives you mentioned are what are always going to hold us back. Failing in terms of game planning and ability to make in-game adjustments are always going to haunt you, especially so in big games and the playoffs. Beyond that can we be sure how much involvement Garrett has had in the building of the team?
Results matter. The results that Garrett produced so far is mediocre. We can make excuses for not having enough talent, not having a good oline, not having a real defense, poor QB play, etc. But the when the results are in and the coach haven't been producing, everything is on him.
Romo is not getting Garrett fired. Garrett, based on results that he have shown so far, will get himself fired.
