None of these dudes telling Jerry to pay Dak would pay him, if it was there own money, especially coming off his broken leg and two years full of garbage time stats. It’s comical they are even claiming it was Jerry that made the mistake and not Dak for turning down an extension when it was offered. Jerry supposedly made the mistake for franchising him, though Dak balked and signed at the last second, and this was when Smith and Collins were still slated to start, and Martin was healthy. He then proceeded to throw like 4 INTs and fumbled like 3 times this season, which allowed garbage defenses the opportunity to put the opposing offenses in scoring position to build big leads. Then he ends up breaking his leg in a game against the Giants where he was scrubbing like usual, only for Moore to take the ball out of his hands and give it to Zeke in heavy dosages. That’s actually what happened if you go back and read the full play-by-play.
We are supposed to buy Jerry made a mistake by not paying a guy 40 million this year, a guy who broke his leg and missed like 10 games. Who makes a mistake by not losing ten million dollars? Now he’s supposed to offer him a big deal, while he hasn’t shown anything on the field after his injury, and his mechanics are already a mess at times when healthy, because he feeds homeless people?
Stop making me laugh with this Jerry should have paid this dude..
