we no doubt are missing a good pass rush. Would Micah improve it sure but lets not act like when we had him we were all world because we weren't. Micah is a 1 trick pony and a liability in the run game when you run right at him. hes not worth 47 mil. Im glad Jerry didn't cave. I still don't know what your talking about with it not being a normal season. The dude had 12.5 sacks and missed 4 games. that would be on par with his previous production maybe a little ahead but Ill just leave it at that

well I don't believe that was jerry's intention it just happened.I wont ever miss an opportunity to bash Jerry i cant stand him but the loss of Micah was on both of them.2 stubborn entities failed to get it done. The success or failure of the trade will not be known for a few years. I am just not of the belief that if Micah was here it would translate this defense into a juggernaut because we've seen this movie. I think wed be better but maybe middle road at best. Micah is just one part of the defense he still don't improve the run. He don't necessarily fix the back end blown overages that is on Eburflus and the players.

I like the improvement from man to man versus zone but well see what happens in Denver. I think the addition of a guy like Daron Payne would do more to improving this D than Micah. But Micah is a baller you don't lose someone of his caliber and not get worse.

This defense was built around Micah ........ and Jerry yanked it away 8 days before the season started.

Who knows what could have been ........ the offense was horrible last year, and is playing lights out now.

Maybe the defense would have done the same thing if their main guy was still here.

I agree. Although I love Over, his health scares me. I would love to get a dynamic linebacker, who is a leader and a thumper. I dont know who is available.

That is what FA is for. Sign a proven veteran. Which we have not done in a long time.

What sounds better to you to help a defense that needs a lot of help:

1. Use a # 1 pick and sign a legit Veteran FA = 2 players.

2. Trade a pick for a legit Veteran = 1 player.

We need as many additions as possible to this defense.
