That bad, huh?

yeah apparently were the JV. And as far as this weekend, we are going to get beat by 50.

Olson's nothing special. Probably just a little better than average, as NFL TEs go these days.

Unfortunately, Bennett has yet to prove he's much of anything at all. Except a clown.

Prior to the ATL game, Olsen's impact has been minimal.

Average to average...

Ah I see let's take games away from players know. Still had 2 TD's before the that game. H Once again bennnet isn't even average.

A. The falcons are the better team.

B. The bears tight is actually pretty good.

This is true...at this moment.

However, a victory against Atlanta would bolster the Cowboys' prospects considerably.

C. the media does nothing but tell us how bad Dallas is, so why do they need to make statements like atlanta is better and will PROVE it. Isn't it already implied from the past 7 months of constant negative talk about Dallas. Hasnt the national media already established that everything in Dallas sucks. This is what they spent the whole spring and summer talking about.

So why do they even say this stuff, isnt it a given they will blow us out?

This is also true, but the media is somewhat disingenuous about it. They skewer the Cowboys on a weekly basis. Yet, last night, one announcer stated that, by beating the Cowboys, the Broncos proved they were "for real."

Ridiculous. You can't have it both ways.

You just said he's not looked at a lot from Cutler. The kid is legit if the QB will look his wayl. He is average but bennett is from far average Bennett is trash.
That's one of the dumbest things I've read today. It's still early, so you got time to prove me wrong.

Marty suffers from the same issues and Olsen, Romo doesn't look his way.

Should I post what Bob Sturm wrote about Bennett and Witten's impact in the run game? They're helping the O-line blow guys off the ball.

Neither of these guys are making a huge impact on their respective teams, but our guy has to be trash. Wonderful.

wow, that is a pretty strong opinion. What on earth makes you say that? Thats not even remotely close to being true.

He plays TE and he's from the U. :D

I agree with all of that.

Greg Olsen
Desmond Clark

Cutler doesn't look to Olsen much, but I think he likes Desmond Clark. He went to him on the final play of the game.
Olsen is their primary receiving TE.

I didn't take any games away from him, just said his impact through five games hasn't exactly been stellar.

This past week was the first time, you could actually tell he was on the field.

Yawn. The sentiment is that Bennett is a better pass catching TE than anyone on the Bears. That is clearly false. Bennett doesn't have the stats to back up that claim. He hasn't had the impact to have that claim either.

I'm not knocking the guy, especially since I've read so many good things about him. But he's not exactly lighting it up for the Bears this year and that's my point.

If we're talking passing numbers only, then his numbers are average.

I don't think Olsen is going to stand out much on that team. When Hester or Knox making the plays that they have made. But Olsen is still better than Bennet. Miles ahead of him actually it's not even a close comparison.

All Dallas has to do is gain some offensive discipline and quit beating themselves,,, if that happens they would be head and shoulders above Atlanta. Until then, Dallas is the most schizophrenic team in the NFL, nobody can count on them or count them out either,,,

If his numbers are average which then what is Bennets numbers who the OP claimed is a better pass catching TE? What or where can he come up with such a conclusion from? It's ludicrous IMO.

Yawn is right. Your sentiment is that he's trash...which you can't back up either.
