The Romonians sure are getting sensitive. Every positive about Dak is taken as an affront to the aging and brittle Romo. But that's just me.

You never know what your future holds and what situations or circumstances may arise or change in the near and distant future. It would be different if he were a first round pick money wise, but as a fourth round pick, he should be using those deals to provide a cushion in case things don't go as planned for some reason.

Some people believe in destiny and a higher power and believe if you do the right thing, you will be rewarded.
Dak appears to be one of those players. He likely has a great sense that just as he landed with his favorite team, he'll eventually be the starting quarterback. And the character he displayed in handling the role of backup is the way he'll be viewed when he steps into the starting role.

And then the dollars will come rolling in.

I admire people who have that kind of faith.

It's safe to say that people have likely reached the point that they feel like Foghorn Leghorn after constantly reading this nonsense repeated incessantly.
