Watching Varys and Littlefinger exchange from game of thrones....right after Tyrion informs Sansa that she will be marrying him instead of the Flower Knight.

I need the distraction while waiting lol

Stop! I'm still only three episodes into Season 3! No spoilers!

I don't believe there is anyway that this is a 1 year deal, this is a long term deal with many toll gates along the way. I think the structure is what has taken awhile not the dollars.

IMHO this is probably a 5 or 6 year deal, that if fully realized will be slightly lower then the M. Williams deal.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 year / $90,000,000 , including a $19,000,000 signing bonus, $30,000,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $15,000,000 or so, with many of the heavy dollars later in the contract.

I guess we will see what really happens, but I think this is a long term deal they are negotiating.

Ouch..5-7 yrs 10mill per....plenty of incentives...no suspensions ect. 20 guranteed - 10 signing bonus - 70 mill.

As a former Texas resident, I miss Whataburger. Is he still at the Cowboys facility? Gotta be really close to signing.

I missed it too while living in Cali until I discovered In-N-Out. Once back in Texas, didn't miss it anymore.

I like your numbers better, I just don't believe Hardy would sign a long term deal, that if fully realized because he is a good boy, would not provide him market value by the end of the contract. M. Williams got $96M for 6 in 2012.

if that is contract....Dallas deserves to lose every game for next 15 years. I think the hold up is figuring out his suspension and how Dallas can protect themselves if he has a drug offense (which is mandatory 1 year ban). I won't even attempt to guess on size of contract but I know Dallas will be protected up the wazoo.
