Gregory decision will be known before playoff game *Merge*

Sure hope DEAN BLANDINO is not on this appeal panel, too! I hate the politics of Goodell. And I hate Dean Blandino
Yeah if Blandino gets involved we'll have to suffer through a long, convoluted, on-the-fly "explanation" of what constitutes a missed test just to justify them overturning RG's appeal even though all evidence (that we've been privy to) points to a legitimate excuse. Then we'll have to watch other players from other teams clearly miss tests over the next couple of seasons but not get suspended because they took 3 steps and made a "clear football move" in their attempt to get to the test site.

Let me say this, Gregory will NOT be suspended. He will win his appeal and not only that he will never fail another drug test while he plays in the NFL....or miss a test either.

Don't need any negative comments but just remember what I said when it comes true

love it and hope you're correct but can I ask what lead you to this conclusion?

Are we seriously going to make an idiot player who repeatedly fails drug tests a conspiracy against the Cowboys?

I don't think we've seen Randy Gregory play enough NFL football to classify him as anything yet.

I hear you... but the GM shouldn't make a habit out of counting on players you can't count on to handle their business.

We would be dumb not to cover ourselves at DE-- regardless of how much talent Gregory has.

Where did you get 2 and 6 weeks? Out of your imagination?

Again, where do you get 2 weeks for Gregory and 6 weeks for Johnson from appeal to decision?

You're embarrassing yourself. Sometimes you just have an idiot player rather than a league wide conspiracy against your team.

Lane Johnson played 4-5 weeks(including a bye) before he was suspended. While he was under appeal. Gregory just had his appeal. And we will know in a week. I don't know why this is so hard to understand

When did Gregory file his appeal? We'll do the math together though I don't know why it's so hard to understand.

What does the date of filing have anything to do with what I'm saying. Johnson HAD HIS HEARING and then played 4-5 weeks including a bye.

Show me dates on that for both. Because I'm thinking I'm talking to an irrational victim minded Cowboys fan. I seem to remember the waste of space that is Gregory filing his appeal for his umpteenth failed drug test months ago.

Let's be honest. Randy Gregory doesn't deserve to play another down in the NFL. He shouldn't have been allowed to come back at all.

I see your point, the only thing I can figure is that a missed test is more cut and dry than an actual failed test.
