that isnt it, more like dumb and immature and no self discipline.

He has hurt himself too, as much as the team. He has lost money off his salary, and made his future earning potential go way down.

Had he quit and been good, he could have made millions after the rookie contract, now that is not going to happen, or the odds of that
    have gone way down.
So potentially this has cost him millions of dollars and when he is older he is going to ask himself why a lot.

It's a complete reflection on today's generation. They want what they want and they want it now and to hell with the consequences. When their behavior ends up biting them in the ***, they want to blame anyone or anything other than themselves. No, I'm not throwing them all in the same boat, but it does apply in a general sense. Instant gratification. That's where it's at. It's why many younger people are very "progressive" or "liberal" and end up being much more conservative later in life. And no, I'm not talking about just politics. I'm talking about behavior and responsibilities.

I think the influence is small at this point. Not punishing a player for smoking weed isn't exactly an endorsement. And my guess is that when weed becomes fully legal it will likely be due to large corporations seeing the profitability of marijuana and encouraging the government to fully legalize it when the time is right. The only issue is that people can grow weed themselves.

My, didn't mean to ruffle your feathers and flatten your crown. You seem rather annoyed.
    Miffed and peeved, old fellow.
Now let's see how we can remedy the situation ...
    Hmmm.
    Ah!
You, sir, are not only astute and "with it" :p but are the cat's pajamas!
And you use hip ... Terms.
My point is ... You are the bee's knees and are every bit as hip as Kanye West...
    I hope you are appeased.
Let's ...give peace a chance.

You mean illegal drugs, right? You Yanks are drug-addled denizens at the work place. With legal drugs, I mean.
Most bible thumping, anti-illegal drugs crusaders are usually taking your Zanex by the handful and washed down with "energy" drinks, followed by massive quantities of nicotine, coffee and, later at home with liquor.
    Right, old boy?:)

Apparently he doesn't have anyone around Dallas that can get off in his arsets enough to make football important.

Welp....the Steelers, Patriots and Seahawks have a few motivators stalking the sidelines....maybe Randy Gregory will have luck else where but after another year off, who cares?

They need to move on from these type of players, Its probably just pot, but as of now the NFL frowns upon it, maybe someday things will be different ...

Of course you don't because of your own bias.

Nonetheless I just showed you where a potential study was presented two different ways and was only accepted when it was written as looking for negative effects of pot as opposed to the denied identical study presented as looking for medicinal properties.

    NIDA is a sophist organization.

Glad you find the subject funny. It shows your true intellect. Then again, your moronic posts on here for years have proven it as well.

Is this guy really a Brit? I rarely pay attention to his posts because I dislike gibberish. That would explain quite a bit. Apparently he fails to understand the difference between legal and illegal drugs. I've never smoked, do not take any legal or illegal drugs, drink coffee occasionally, and do enjoy beer and good Kentucky bourbon. Oh the humanity!

Schefter hasn't reported it yet, so I'm going to hit the pause button until he does. He is more credible than Rapport.

Yes, only the Yanks have a drug problem.

Britain the worst in Europe for drug use
    by MATTHEW HICKLEY, Daily Mail

Britain is now the drugs capital of Europe, with higher levels of cocaine and amphetamine abuse than anywhere else in the EU, a survey said yesterday.

Cocaine use is rising faster than in any other country while cannabis use is among the highest.

The proportion of Britons who admit using amphetamines is almost twice as high as anywhere else in Europe.
