Hands down Dak is better than Purdy

it is intriguing to see how he does in the playoffs . He is still being paid more than all the QBs in the palyoffs except maybe for mahomes long term ( mahomes made only like 13 mil this year .
Also ,do you honestly and confidently feel he is a better QB than Burrow or Allen ? or Lawrence ? . Not sure many GMs woulds agree

But again he is only 19 mill to the cap this year, like i said its all on how you want to view it, Going off this years playoff performance so far...yeah he is better than Burrow and Allen and Lawrence any GM that doesnt agree is going off something other than this years playoff performance so far.

Purdy is gonna look ugly when the Cowboys roll in on defense.
I think the Cowboys can stop the 49'ers from running on them this time...at least that is what I'm hoping for.

yes we need to tackle and make them earn every 1st down, Im not sure we can completley stop them, but we dont have to we just need to make them lean on Purdy for 3rd downs and no easy big plays. We do this on defense and the offense scores we can win this game.

Smoke and mirrors will come to an end Sunday afternoon. Purdy was drafted dead last for a reason. Dak was drafted much higher because he had a superior college career. Dak lead the #1 ranked team in college.

Dak is playoff battle proven and Purdy is a novice with just one win. Purdy won't be able to handle a #1 defense like Dallas. Quinn will have him seeing ghosts.

I have a limited sample size for Purdy so I have to use similar levels of comparison.

I think we all knew shortly after the 2016 draft Dak>Wentz>Goff.

SF has never been about the QB. This is why I never understood the Jimmy G hype. If they actually had a real QB, they would probably have 2 SB titles in the last 3-4 years.

No question Dak is better, but they run two different systems.

Purdy is basically a point guard, dishing one-look short throws to playmakers. KM's offense is pretty generic by 2022 standards (still miles ahead of Garrett), but it asks Dak to be a field general. He loads up Dak's plate and lets the team ride or die on his right arm. Purdy is much more managed.

Shanahan traded 3 first round picks for Trey Lance, because he wants a quarterback who doesn't have to be managed that tightly. Elite teams deep in the playoffs can send your best laid of plans astray, and you need a guy who can create when his first two reads are covered, or can pass you out of a 2-score hole.
