Hard Knocks: Favorite Scenes from Part 3 *Merge*

The mods should sticky a thread for all the Hard Knocks discussions.

Is it me or does it seem that Hard Knocks, for half the show, is 2 weeks behind and then they just go to the most recent game?

You can tell Witten and Romo are best friends because I dont even think Witten has that bad of hair as he made it out to be.

Dave Campo seems to be a puppet but its not like we didnt know that already. The players have a good repoiur{sp} with him but I think its too close.

Bennett has came leaps and bounds over a week but he still shows his childish behaviour when he didnt tuck his shirt in.

Roy Williams is a funny dude.....

I've been one of Roy's biggest critics, but I was thrilled at his attitude in tonight's episode. I was reminded of the "old Roy", the one who used to deliver a big hit every game, when he talked about how pissed off he was at the Broncos defenders' hard hitting...

"If I get a chance for a kill-shot, I'm taking it."

Wade asking TO where he got his shorts so he would be sure never to go there. :) Then the pointing, like yeah I got you, but it's cool.

Every scene but Campo in the hot tub

During that whole scene, I kept thinking..... don't do it, .......don't do it...............DONT'T DO IT!........Wade...don't hop in the hot tub with Campo! Thankfully it didn't happen.

Hos needs the tshirt TO had on.

I heart Haters :laugh2:

Things I remember that left an impression.

  • A coach (not sure who) saying "He has been a bum since he got here and he was a bum last night" He was refering someones play in the Chargers game, the question is who? Bennett?
  • Bennett arguing about tucking his shirt in. (He should be slapped)
  • How sad it was to see Miles after his injury. To make a real push for playing time by working extremely hard over the offseason only to get injured in the preseason.
  • The fact that Denver sucks due to their whinning last year, then saying one thing only to do another.
  • Ellis has small arms.
  • Roy Williams seems to be having fun and becoming more envolved with the team. (at least TO)

Bennett turning it around didn't leave an impression? Also, he wasn't arguing about tucking his shirt in, he was whining like a immature kid.

Who was the guy running up the side of the mountain? It couldn't have been TO because he didn't pose for the camera. :laugh2:

Nah, I've seen effort from him. It's not like he was doing piss poor, it was that Hard Knocks was making him look worse that he is. What I did forget to post (added it) was Ellis has small arms. (read not very muscular)

At first I was thinking Ware, but then I thought it look like Brady James.

I'm wondering if TE coach Garrett needs to pick his battles a little better, he comes off a little petty at times.

I disagree. I think he has the right idea, I just think the guy is annoying as hell. He tends to whine everytime he opens his mouth. Teaching, reprimanding, or even prasing.

Bennett needs to stop complaining and just do what is ask of him. That **** about tucking his shirt was stupid. He should have tucked it and shut the hell up.

If Lattimore shows enough to keep him there is an easy solution. A position change to FB even though he'd really be a TB.

I thought it was Crayton running up the mountain.

As for the comment about the "bum", wasn't that made by Herring, our LBer coach? He probably was talking about one of the lesser LBers like Tyson Smith or someone like that.

Looked like James from the egg shape of his head.

Relabeling him wouldn't make it easier as a roster spot is a roster spot. The actual label means nothing providing you have enough backups in case of injury. Four runningbacks (even if you label all but one a kicker) is still four running backs and one less positional player somewhere else.

I loved to see Wade coaching technique.

In fact during last show I said, "I want to see Wade doing some coaching." Got what I wanted this show. ;)
