To me it’s the toxic culture we have in place:
Entitlement
Personal Brand
Player over team
No accountability
You got it made just because you play for the cowboys attitude.
Until this changes, never gonna have significant success.

I disagree:

-Dak has always been consistent with his level of play. Good against mediocre teams and below average against good teams. He was overpaid, so the Cowboys didn't have to start over.
-Ferguson only had a good year, and the front office jumped the gun on his extension.
-Steele has always been an average OT; he was extended because the front office didn't want to lose a guy they invested time in developing.
-I'm not sure which Williams (RB, DT) you are referring to, but both did ok against the Giants.
