Effective running games still matter.

So not focusing on Dak and just the Cowboys in general, we don’t have an effective running game as of today. That’s a concern.

It really is a Dak thing. I’ve done the research. Dak is nothing without 100 yards from the RB.

Jalen Hurts has 6 wins in just 2 1/2 seasons.

Mahomes had 7 just this season.

Burrow had 9 last season.

Geno Smith has 5 the past 2 seasons.

Those are just a few I looked at. I’m sure there’s more but I’m not going back past 2021 lol

Record in games with <100 yards rushing for past 3 years (including playoffs):

Win/Loss; losses v winning team
Dak 6/12 65%
Hurts. 6/9. 43%
Geno 5/13 63%
J Allen 1/10. 67%

If anyone needs balance, it’s Josh.
Philly is more likely to lose to a losing team when not rushing for 100.

While Mahomes had 7 this past year, only 2 were against teams with a winning record. Plus, Dak isn’t on the same planet.
Burrow is the outlier but they typically don’t break 100 yds. rushing.

Without context, you can make numbers say whatever you want. Though 2020 was a lost year for Dak, in 5 games played, he did lose both games when they didn’t rush for 100. However, he also had 942 yds passing (471 ave) with 1 int., so draw your own conclusions.

Dak has a 73 - 41 record when the Cowboys rush for under 100 yards in games. That's not much different than Mahomes 74 - 22 record when the Chiefs run for under 100 yards in games.

It's clear statmuse is wrong here. Those are all the career games for both of those players. It's not filtering by less than 100 yards rushing.

This result doesn’t seem right. I think it is “assuming” that the QB has less than 100 yards, as I used your phrasing, but replaced Mahomes with Dak and Chiefs with Cowboys, and Dak has a significant winning percentage.
