dang if he was being positive about the choker, this guy would be famous on here. Colin broke down the passes and said it was all the wide receivers, the offensive line, and the coach's fault. lmao.......

Where's rookie Zeke when you need him the most to carry the load..................

This confirms how dysfunctional of a QB Dak is in today's NFL game. He is not a rushing threat and cannot pass when the running game is slow . This is why opposing coaches with decent defenses beat the cowboys , especially in the playoffs. I cannot recall a game where Dak saved the cowboys from a bad rushing day , or against teams that stop the run or stack the box. The FO has ignored this glaring weakness and stuck with dak to the detriment of this team.

Uhh...can we throw all opinions about Dak aside and look at these numbers subjectively? Because they mean nothing.

When a team has a big lead they run the ball more often and thus gain more rushing yards. Hence Dak's 53-7 record with 30-plus rush attempts. If the Cowboys are leading big they aren't going to keep passing the ball. So, big surprise, he wins games in this scenario. When a team is losing the game they don't have time to run it a lot and bleed clock. They are throwing the ball a ton to catch up. Hence the 9-24 record with less than 100 yards.

Sorry but Cowherd's graphic here can easily apply to just about any QB on any team in the league. It's a "No Kidding" line of statistical bull.

But since it supports an agenda he has you all eating out of his hand.

Notice he said smart teams just paid running backs because they know it's a weak running back class in the draft.

Common sense says when you are winning you run the ball to run clock. The more you throw the worse it is lol. Football 101
thats the problem with all stats, the way they are put together.

Try sacks, say a guy has 15 sacks for previous year, sounds good right?
But what if 10 were in garbage time and 5 were 1 yard sacks?.... not so good if you dig into how the sacks took place.

Thats why I say all stats are inaccurate , and largely meaningless.

We have to admit Colin is just the Nostradamus of our modern times, A good running game leads to a good passing game. No one ever thought of that .

So the formula is what every HC has used against poor QB play for the last 50 years. Stop the run and make em throw.

This is one of the dumbest stats that people who have no clue about football always bring up to discredit a QB. A RB rushing for 100+ yards could be due to the team wanting to run more in order to run out the clock at the end of the game. The run game may had very little to do with the QB winning the game.

A good example of this is all the games where we blew out the other teams last year. Our run game sucked last year and had very minor role in us winning the following games. Some of these games, Dak didn't even play the full game and Rush was just handing off the ball at the end of the game. Yet the narrative will be, Dak only won these games because we rushed for 100 plus yards.

AND what the hell does that have to do with what I posted? Let me guess. You only want to look at the games we lost to prove your BS point. Go watch the actual game instead of just blindly worshipping that crackpot Cowturd. You might actually learn something.

Learned?
Ya, we've learned that we need to be carried QB who can only whip on DOG TEAMS and folds like a cheap tent against playoff teams!
End of today's lesson bud.............

So if you have a good rushing game it helps the QB? Wow...there's some rocket science.
Well yes, but you have to use it (and not panic and abandon it, when you go behind). The GB for instance, we go behind, get a 1st Down on running then we abandon the run, throw, Punt, Pick 6.
Then again there's the Jimmie Ward quote (im bored of quoting it myself, but its true), if you can take away the run can Dak beat you.
The one question id ask is.....if Dak has a run and passing play on each down, how come he abandons the run game so quickly?

Yeah, this is why I tried looking up the records of other QBs under the same circumstances and other QBs do seem better.
