But when CLE releases Cooper next year he won't get 20M AAV in free agency.

Hargrave rated the 3rd best interior pass rusher last year. Ahead of even Aaron Donald.
The Eagles by stacking that DL has inflated his value quite a lot.

CBs often regress horribly around 29. Ramsey might be the exception, but that's a ton to pay for a player who MIGHT be an exception to the rule.

Yeah and he too was out there when they couldn’t stop the run. He’s not some immediate fix to our Rush defense.

Ramsey is a top 5 corner. Amari is not even a top 20 receiver. Hargrave will not get this salary unless it’s a one year deal. No team can be that dumb.

Not comparable. Hargrave will get paid because he can rush the QB. He isnt getting 20m+ per year for run stopping prowess. 2 down DT's like Hankins are cheap. Apple to oranges
