He didn't launch and hit him with his shoulder.
A personal foul is where it occurs.

my personal opinion is that some teams are allowed to play a more aggressive style of defense.
Dallas is not one of those teams. Had a cowboy player did that, a flag would of been thrown 90% of the time.
The media is against us too
And don't forget Goodell
It's a conspiracy I tell u, a conspiracy
Don’t forget the fans. The vast majority of fans despise this franchise and are fine with things like punishing them for not practicing collusion.
It should have been called and the DB should have been fined. But yet again our commish is a thug who doesn't care about the Cowboys.
But that shouldn't be the case. That rule was there to protect the players. It should not be nullified because of an INT. The INT should have stayed and the player should be called for a penalty.
Just seems the league turns a blind eye when an issue like this affects the Cowboys.
Yes. The NFL conspires against us. The Reynolds company must love Cowboys fans. Single handedly keeping them in business.
It's not a conspiracy, just a lack of respect.

The launching and leading with the helmet are part of the defenseless receiver PF. I guess since it didn't meet all the criteria it wasn't a PF in the defenseless sense. It could've been unnecessary roughness I guess. The refs seemed to even it out later with some borderline defensive holding calls on SF. As big a homer as I am, I even saw the replay on some of those and was like "Hmmmm. I don't know about that one."
You can hit a defenseless player. You just can't make contact with their head/neck, launch, or lead with the top of your helmet.
A QB in the act of passing is defenseless. They don't flag you for a clean hit on a QB who is throwing (minus a few horrid calls here or there).
you sir are dead wrong
For a little bit of comedy...
