Honestly there are 12 guys on this roster I'd cut right now

On the second half of your post... ITS THE FIRST PRESEASON GAME! NOT ONE of our 'franchise' skill players really played. Orlando Scandrickand, Henry Melton, Barry Church, Brandon Carr, George Selvie, Morris Claiborne all out. Not to mention, Sean Lee and De Law.

oh plus, romo, dez, demarco, witten, etc.

Jones, Chris.....JAG w/ no hangtime
Lindsey, Corey...made it just in time to get toasted for 70 yard TD
Malena, Ben.....we are set @ RB. Just wasting a roster spot
Sapp, Dontavis....Might be the skinniest lber in recent memory
Smith, Ryan....Was horrible in the BCS championship...and the trend continued
Webb, B.W..... Another kid I had high hopes for thinking a year in the league would help...still just as clueless

All this talk about how well some of these guys were playing in camp like a Davon Coleman, Terrance Mitchell, Martez Wilson and Anthony Hitchens aren't far behind.

I'm really starting to have my doubts about players like Jeremy Mincey, Terrell McClain and Ben Bass...that we have been sold another lemon by the good old car salesman Jerry.

So disappointed in the 1st preseason loss. 27-7.

And let's not sugar coat this........It should have been 37-7....and maybe even worse if a couple of those interceptions hadn't been dropped that would have been pick 6's

It's one thing to get beat...but this team was once again not ready to play. Poor coaching decisions..(passing the ball on 3rd and 1 and 3rd and 2) Poor tackling. Defense can't get off blocks.

It just blows my mind that this team looked so poor....knowing what it's problems were...yet we looked worse than last season

You will be very happy to know that over 30 of the players on the roster now will be cut when the team is reduced to 53. Some and probably most of those you mention will be cut. However, there are some that I have hopes for.

Yes - he played LDE for his first two years before moving to DT.

Your crazy as well as everybody else. It's preseason, first game of action since last season. Some guys is first action period. We sit many guys out last night. Preseason games aren't about winning, sure I would like to win but it's about staying healthy and seeing what the young guys have. Step off the ledge, Washington destroyed New England.... you really think they are better?

I was being generous.....I could have picked 20 players after watching this again. Another guy that just stunk up the place surprisingly was LB Devonte Holloman. Nobody could get off blocks ...and the DTs just got stuffed right in the laps of the LBers. We have got to find some DTs that can hold the line of scrimmage or it's gonna be long year. I'm cringing @ the thought Josh Brent might be this teams best hope right now of being that guy.

A lot of those guys will be cut but not until after camp. You have to have enough players to practice.

Maybe thats part of the problem. We are having too many jags to practice on thinking they will help improve some of our rookies and FAs. I think we should start cutting people now and send a message to the team that JAGS won't be tolerated. Maybe that should light a fire on some people's butt. It will also improve the level of competition in camp by NOT HAVING too many jags to practice with.

Of your list, I think DL Bishop, S Heath, S Johnson, P Jones, and CB Webb would all get picked up by other teams if you cut them today. Probably RB Malena if he isn't too injured and QB Hanie would also draw interest from other clubs.
