How can anyone defend these coaches?

On a positive note, it shouldn't be too long...

From where I'm sitting, reading post after post and thread after thread about people complaining about imaginary coaching problems, it's going to seem like a lifetime, no matter how long it really is.

Because the problem in Dallas is not with the coaching?

I know, I know. You're on a high from second-guessing every single play call again this week, and so that's what's got you worked up. But the facts are that this is really not a bad team, and that the limitations we do have are not with the coaching. And I don't care how many of you guys have willfully convinced yourselves otherwise, or how often you repeat it to make yourselves feel like it's actually the case.

WOW......love to have what ever you are drinking......you must of missed the game.....56minutes of pathetic offense and you say what...Jerry is that you.....WOW

Also forget to note that the Skins play the Vikings on Thursday. In 2 weeks the Skins could be a half a game back that's messed up

our dline is depleted (ware, crawford, spencer, lost ratliff, etc) and we have starters out in the secondary.......how are we poorly coached? We could use some of that Lester Hayes stick'em though

The offense has one starter out. I would think it would be more productive.

The coaches stink I can agree with that, but this notion that the players are so talented is ridiculous. We have a handful of above average skill guys. Safety talent is non existent, the oline is mediocre, the dline is decimated but there was no depth there to sustain one injury let alone 2-3 that have been suffered. Outside of Sean Lee, I don't see much at LB either.

PM me, and we can watch the Saints game together at my house. Drinks are on me, and perhaps you'll actually enjoy your Sunday!

Glad I don't sit there.

These guys are doing a lousy job.

This team just eked out a come-from-behind victory against one of the league's worst teams.

Yay?

I'm glad we won but my gosh we are poorly coached.

It's so sad that we're wasting so many players careers.

It's not just coaching. Poor execution. The one thing Dallas' offense is is inconsistant. It's feast or famine (more famine than feast). Bad playcaling is just part of it. Players must still execute.

Yeah. You're lucky to still have the benefit of the ignore button. I can't tell you how much I miss it.

And it's up to you whether you yay-or-nay Cowboys victories anymore, stash. I'd recommend 'yay,' but then enjoying your pass times when your team wins is not for everybody.

Sims had some awful plays. I particularly enjoyed (Jennings?) catching a ball with no one within 5 yards of him, watching Sims retreat to give Jennings more space, and our CB came up to make the tackle. Only when the CB started forward on the receiver, did Sims stop retreating and went after play, albeit after the corner made the tackle.

At that point, you may as well put Carter and his athleticism on the field and hope for the best. If Sims isn't going to be a smart player; play the athlete.

Secondly, some really impressive plays by Heath. lol. Can't wait for him to reside on the bench and maybe somewhere else next year. S has been a problem for years. Maybe we will finally address it this offseason.

This team has too many mental lapses. It did the same with Parcells. Same with Wade. Same with Garrett. A new regime isn't going to change anything. Garrett has his issues. But I don't think a coaching staff change is going to bring about any real turnaround.

There's no way you can convince me that Sims is a better football player than Carter. Carter had a couple of tough weeks dealing with Woodhead and Denver's attack. But Sims is just a poor player. Let Carter play and work through it. He'll make more good plays blindfolded than Sims can dream of on a good day...

You cover your eyes and lower your standards, just don't expect others to do it.

This terribly-coached team is awful.

Now it's so bad, we come from behind to beat the cellar-dwellars.

No one had a problem with clock management? Or the trips that we made to the 50 yard line that we didn't so much as threaten the run, only to punt? 50 to 7 run pass ratio or whatever the hell that was. A time out after AP's long run when we should have challenged the spot. Why call a TO in that situation? If you're going to call a TO, then call it so you can take a better look at the spot. If no one sees any coaching issues with this game, then you're totally blind.

@inthemageors: So Cowboys are now 17-1 against .500 and under teams in Garrett full seasons and 4-19 against the rest. #StillGotWorkToDo
