He won't last it. Jerry made those comments about keeping Wade after the philly game because he didn't want to give into the media firestorm. Now, im sure jerry didn't bank on this many quality coaches being available and has every right to do an about face.

With Garrett gone he can know pay off the one year remaining on Wade's deal and move on. We all know if jerry were REALLY in Wade's corner he would've offered an extension. Wade is a dead man walking and im expecting him to be canned very soon.

The time is right for Jerry to clean house and let someone like Shanny come in and put together a staff. If he goes with the status quo it further proves that he cares more about getting the credit and having ultimate power then winning as far as Im concerned.

It is so obvious to the whole world that Wade is in over his head. Dallas Cowboy fans are some of the best in the world, we deserve better then Mr Gump.

i am thinking that wade will be retained at defensive coordinator, and shannahan will be the head coach,

now that will still leave the cowboys with need of an offensive line coach, te coach and probabally QB coach if jason garrett goes to rams and takes houck, and others with him

I think the chance that Wade comes back for another year "as HC" is very slim now.

Then why hasn't he offered him an extension. The guy is a lame duck coach. No player is going to respect a coach with zero job security. Jerry needs to cut his losses and move on.

Maybe that is the problem you dont hire a Head Coach to "fix" one side of the ball, you hire then to coach the team. Wade is not capable of doing that. That has been obvious from day one.

Campo's a re-hash who prefers the 4-3 and Sherman does everything he can to appease T.O. while Wade is still Wade, which means the inmates will definitely be running the asylum.

IMO after two years, everyone will be whining and wondering how we could let such a young, hot-shot Garrett leave.

Terrible chain of events if you ask me.
