How do you feel about this Offensive Line

Even better when you consider the depth at OG. Last season the backup OG was Phil Costa. Now they have Leary, Bern and Nwaneri competing for 1 spot. All of them were starter last season.

Somebody tried to stir up something about OT depth, but Parnell has been the only backup OT for the past 3 seasons. I'm sure that he didn't get worse. It's a bonus if Weems shows anything.

At Center, Bern played well there for 2 games back in 2012. Those were his best games that season. Nwaneri practiced as a backup Center when he was in Jacksonville. They've also given Martin snaps at Center.

Should be strength of the team, wish/hope there will be more running the football and using play action and not just talking about it like in the past.

It's good, but I feel like ppl think Martin is a lock to be a pro-bowler... he is just a rookie at this point.

We shouldn't have to man excuses on Offense this year. This should be the year the offense strives.

Defense?? I don't know

Doug Free was very good last year whether that was an one year aberration we will know this upcoming season

I was a linebacker and how do I feel about this Cowboy's offensive line? Ouch, ooo, dang....wow!

Free has been having a good camp thus far, I don't see any reason why this Oline will not be great. Only concern I see is backup at Tackle
I'm not certain that Free is having that good of a camp. Archer reported that he got blown up in three straight snaps yesterday.

In the videos that I've seen he was getting blown up on at least 1 snap per session.

There was a video of him getting beat where the dc.com reporter labeled it as Free shutting down the DE. For some reason there are players that the dc.com guys just don't criticize regardless of what they do.

Parnell has been the only backup OT on the team the past 3 years. He was solid in 2 games at LT and splitting snaps for 4 games at RT in 2012. They did carry Weems as an inactive last season but he was't ready for action.

It was more than 'somebody tried to stir up.' All of Eatman, Kavner, Broaddus and Spagnola have lamented about the backup tackles and the pass protection outside on the second unit. Now it was Lawrence and Crawford that they were up against but they were losing a lot.

i want to see for myself because I too recall the elite agility Parnell showed two years ago but that was one injury plagued season ago.

Have you not noticed that all of those dc.com guys tend to just parrot Broaddus?

I know for certain that Free has gotten blown up multiple times but none of the dc.com guys have reported it.

The only problem with this offensive line to me is?

Will the Coaches finally use it to their advantage. And by "advantage", I mean will they start letting these young guys go out and beat the hell out of the opposing defense and let the running backs do their job.

It was pitiful last year with Murray averaging 5.3 (i think) a carry...then they shut him down! Maybe this year they will set up the pass by running the ball down the field anytime they want to. Or, maybe they will just use these big *** slow lumbering jacks to try and backpedal to protect the QB. Make him win the game?
