If it has taken this long to not fire him yet, or say his contract will not be extended.
Then Jerry is trying to put marks from the con side of the board to the pro side to get him a new contract.
taking this long is not a good sign he is gone.
Completely agree. If this was a foregone conclusion (as it should have been) then there is no reason for the daily meetings. Even if Jerry didn't want to officially "fire" him an announcement should have happened by now that Garrett wasn't getting an extension and we thank him for his service to the organization. If it has taken this long to not fire him yet, or say his contract will not be extended.

Yea, this is what I was going to say. Options 1 and 2 are kind of the same thing lolI think it will be a combo of 1 and 2. He will be informed he will not be retained and let his contract run its course. He will not be in the building and will be relieved of all responsibilities.
I honestly believe they wont re-sign him
i could also see him getting a one year prove it deal
what should have happened is him being dismissed after the Commanders game just so we can get a early start on the coaching search
If you're referring to our FO as being dysfunctional then yes it's very real.Starting to think the front office thing might be for real.....
