If this were the Cowboys flip floppin QB's it would be the lead story on every sports network on TV and radio.. No doubt!!

As bad as Rex is, he is clearly their best chance at getting a win. You have to take the bad that comes with him, but at least he has some upside to go with it. Beck is just a joke.

Shanahan is not the problem. It's the offense. No running game, both quarterbacks are horrible, and they have no weapons on the outside. The Skins defense is very good, but offensively they just are not explosive at all.

The offensive line is tissue paper thin as well. The starters were pretty good, but the backups are terrible. I am hoping Leonard Hankerson's hip is ok -- he looked fantastic on Sunday!

The offense will probably get the same overhaul the defense got last year, starting with a QB that can 1. Complete a pass past ten yards and 2. Knows what color jersey he's wearing. Anyone actually believing Shanahan this offseason about the QB situation really needs to look gullible up in the dictionary. I would be fine with Rex as a back up -- I am really starting to pull for Matt Barkley...

This is a long-term rebuild. It's not going to get done overnight.
