How often QBs throw into tight windows and their turnover worthy play rate (on all throws)

earlier in the season AR had 2 or three passes bounce off receivers directly to defenders. context matters.

the elite QB's are making near impossible throws game in & out. no chart should change anyone's mind concerning what they can see in high def.
If you watch Rodgers with time to execute unhurried, I don't think there is a more polished looking QB. And dude throws dimes.

But, I saw him throw the same INT Dak did where the LB falls into the quick curl/slant lane immediately after snap.

None of these QBs are perfect

His critics will say he’s throwing to the wrong receiver because there are other receivers who are wide-open that he fails to see.

I watched an episode of Cam Newton’s YouTube channel/podcast where he talked about QB decisions and how the casual fan will see a wide open receiver, but that receiver was never going to be on the QBs radar for a number of reasons. It was interesting how he broke it down. He really is quite entertaining, though I was never really a Cam fan when he was in the league.

On a side note, I wasn’t going to go to the game tomorrow b/c decent tickets are SO expensive, then a friend called me about 30 minutes ago and offered his pair of season tickets to tomorrow’s game. The last time the Cowboys played here in Atlanta was during Zeke’s suspension (we lost), and we may lose tomorrow, but I’ll be on the 45 in the lower section, so whatever. The tickets are going for $1,200/ea on StubHub (before fees), so I do feel blessed to be able to go with my daughter.

Go Cowboys!

Oh no, they all make mistakes & bad passes.

The top ones are the ones who consistently make the fewest mistakes and the most high level plays.

AR absolutely makes a ton of throws that are on the absurd level.

If you watched Russ Monday night, he made some of his signature absurd level throws. The simple minded can't understand that those throws aren't just a completion, they completely change the game.

We don't have a QB who can do that. It's like playing Chess without a queen against a full board for our opponent.

I understand the sentiment, but it amazes me how much "football logic" escapes our ignorant fan base. They'll trash him after a win or any numbers of scenarios where it just doesn't apply. I'm not a defender of the guy and was on the fence for extending him, only because I didn't trust Jones would actually spend the savings aggressively. At the same time the logic doesn't check out far too often and that's when I make the mistake of saying something.
Ignorant and lazy....it's just easy to blame him. He's far from perfect, but it's just plain idiocy to say it's all on him.

It irritates me too much. He's guilty of not being good enough to overcome and being paid very, very well. He's not a bad qb though. He's in a bad situation. Our next qb will be just as criticized if we don't fix our approach.

If you theory is correct why not more QB's on the far right side?

Why does Mounatian Mahomes have big windows and more INT's?

Interesting.
Love how you trash a two time super bowl winner to try and justify daks crap qb play lol. Its damn hilarious

I am not justifying anything I am stating the obvious. I love how you make excuses for Mahomes having a crappy year.
