Maybe I'm gullible but... I'm buying my ticket on the Jabril Peppers bandwagon. He's definitely got that A type personality that the Defense needs. Guys like Jones and Lee are good players but I want some dogs that bite. With the talent to back it up.

I think he might make it to 28. I think there is a decent chance. However, if I had to put money on it, I'd probably say you're correct.

4 qbs will go in the first round. Either 3 or 4 will go before 28. If 4 go, players will drop. If 3 go, teams will want to trade up to get the 4th one.

Like Tak's motor and slashing ability/quickness. I like nothing else. Once an OL gets his hands on him he looks like a cornerback. Bend isn't great on rushes. I am big on DL as the drivers of a defense but I'd rather go secondary if he's to be the choice.

You're not 'gullible' just woefully wrong and misguided about Peppers. I doubt he's even on our draft board. I trust McClay that much. Peppers has NO position. Special teams guy and possible slot WR. He is NOT a safety....not even close.

I'd like to see what Rod could do with Takk. I think the depth at DLine could allow many to fall since the lack of depth at other positions could cause them to be reached for worry of missing out.

He is there. The Browns, 49ers, Bears, Jets,Texans Chiefs, Chargers, Steelers, and Saints all need a qb. That's 9 teams and only 4 qbs at the top. The Steelers have pick 30, the Saints have pick 32, the Browns have 33, the 49ers have pick 34, and the Bears have pick 35. Teams will be trying to trade in front of each other to draft the qb in the 1st round to have the extra contract year.

I'm not even impressed with Barnett as far as pass rushers go. I think he's very similar to Lawrence and Irving. I want a guy screaming off the corner, not another dude who's going to run to the OL. If we didn't have Irving/Lawrence, I would be bigger on Barnett though.
