what if our guy goes back and gets a master's degree in workforce leadership?

could he lead from the bench with his head down when we are behind if he gets a better degree?

Aikman said it himself, he did not have to lead the team because Jimmy Johnson was the leader in total control. Jimmy got in everybody's face. When Johnson was fired, Aikman was uncomfortable with the non leadership style of Switzer under Jerry Jones (Switzer was totally different at OU). This put Aikman in a position of leadership he did not have during the Super Bowl years of Johnson. He did not have support of his authority, accountability, responsibility. That is what a leader at HC gives his QB or any other leader on the team.

Dak cannot assert himself as a leader like Mahomes, because McCarthy cannot give Dak what he does not have himself..Authority, Accountability, and Responsibility. All of that belongs to the owner, GM, and defacto HC...Jerry Dumbo GM Jones. Jerry gives his puppet HC one thing...accountability for losses.

Where have you guys been for the last 30 years. You saw him get rid of Landry, Johnson, and Parcells...What did these 3 men have in common? The where the leaders of the team. Then others could lead because they had authority, accountability, and responsibility. Therefore, they could delegate authority, accountability, and responsibility.

For football you cannot get leadership on the field of authority, accountability, and responsibility from the box suite. Why do you think Jerry Jones would go down to the field after Jimmy had the Cowboys winning...because that is where leadership with authority, accountability, and responsibility is located.
Somebody gets it.

Can Mahomes even compare to this greatness?

I blame that on the receiver. He should have jumped over the defender and blocked that pass, or the other guy in the route should have saw dak staring at the other guy and tackled the defender, no way that was on dak. The offensive line was awful too, and the coaches and the defense should have been on the field.

Quite down. Throwing into double coverage.

But, wait........their defense did not give up any points after this turnover.

Dallas gave up 28+ points 6 times last season

KC gave up more than 21+ points only 3 times including the playoffs.

Imagine insulting Mahomes by even comparing the too... the guy had absolutely no WRs this year and Kadarius Toney probably set the record for most drops by a WR in history. This guy finds a way to win no matter what, even when he has bad games.

He did not need them giving up 16 points a game.
