More hyperbole. As I said, might want to give this one up. Your arguments have offered zero proof, and you don't appear to be capable of any sort of thought. Just thinly veiled insults and the broad general statements that you claim to hate.
Lol see everything your asking I'm answering with facts, and what's actually happened, why they haven't won playoff games. You just don't like the truth.

Jerry is a perfect example of a GM who doesn't understand the value measurables and how to use them. Him being a non-football guy just hurts us in so many ways.
I'm not sure Jerry puts winning over eyeballs.
From Jerry's perspective, it may all be kayfabe, and he's the Bad Guy doing Bad Things to enrage the crowd. Are you not entertained?
Swinging for the fences on players with measurables may not be about winning, but focusing on finding stars to build attention around. You can only make use of so many. And Jerry has always had a top heavy salary structure.
Probably as bad as it's ever been right now, with Dak, DLaw, Tyron, and Martin taking over half of cap. And all of them will be in their 30s come the season.

Measurables also raise the ceiling. Genius Jerry is all about getting the guys with the highest perceived ceilings. He swings for the fences.
Joseph was not a measurables pick.

They would have drafted a taller CB if they were focused on measurables that they like.

Which picks the past 3 drafts were measurables picks? Nahshon Wright...who else.

The Cowboys cap is very "clean". They could create 60M of cap space tomorrow with about 4 restructures.

In 2013 they max restructured all contracts. They restructured the backup QB just to get 100K of cap space.

Most (maybe all) teams have a huge chunk of their cap dollars invested in a few players. That's the nature of the salary cap.

The Zeke contract is the only one that was really going over-board.

He's not a football guy, and has gone out of his way to prove it.

Are you aware that Jerry refuses to watch tape and analyze prospective draftees? How did Jerry not know that Brandon Carr was a #2 CB? How did Jerry not trade backup RB Tashard Choice for a prime Antonio Cromartie when the trade was offered? How did Jerry not take a 2nd for Mike Jenkins when he was going to be cut anyway?

Mistake after mistake after mistake. We keep losing in the playoffs because we can't stop the run. Any football guy knows we need to shore up the DLine. Jerry does not understand that.

Where is all this evidence you have that points toward Jerry being a football guy?
Jerry does not manage football operations anymore.

S.Jones started raking over on 2014 and was basically in complete control once he pushed Garrett out the door and hired McCarthy.

Jerry was a wildcatter from 1996 to 2013. Joey Galloway and those types of big moves that "football" people wouldn't make. Since 2014 they moved farther and farther away from the wildcatting approach.

Jerry would never have been nicknamed "cap boy" by fans...

DLaw's agent said he never met Jerry except briefly at a photoshoot.

Obviously, like any owner Jerry could veto his acting GM but that's not happening in recent years. If Zeke stays at anything more than 5M then Jerry vetoed SJ. If Zeke is cut or his salary is cut to 50% or less then we know SJ is in charge.

Train with d revis this off season. It would immediately change the perception of him. He has a similar build. Revis was 5’11 & change. Joseph is 6’ with more speed. He should work with him all off season. Pay him if you have to to train you. He’s the most taker we Corbett in the team when it comes to size , speed and hands.
Maybe pair him with Cardi B or even Pit Bull......oh you mean football.... sorry, lost cause. The guy never had his head in the game and saw it more of a side hustle. And he certainly hustled Jerry.

Interesting stuff.
Are you speculating based on the evidence, or do you have some inside info?

Then he shouldn't be the GM.

6-1 is plenty tall for a cb.
Arm length of almost 32 inches is plenty long.
His 4.3 speed is his main SPARQ plus.

Looking at the numbers, looks like a red flag for agility, but otherwise a high SPARQ.

I think Simi was a big SPARQ guy as well.
I haven't checked but gotta be Parsons and Cox too.

Jerry has been a SPARQ guy for decades.

About 4 restructures? You mean the 4 guys I pointed out taking up half the cap for this year?

I'm always puzzled why pushing cap debt into the future means it no longer matters to some people.

Whatever I buy this year, for whatever dollar amount, the purchases I leave on my credit card balance still gotta be paid for eventually, and I still want to get a good price for when I buy.

Fans don't understand every situation is different. And every GM will make mistakes.

Oh it is.
Why is is it weird? The guy has low character, low football IQ, low effort and an “I don’t care demeanor when he does something stupid on the football ball field “.
What are you insinuating by saying it is weird? There are many valid reasons why fans don’t like Joseph.

Why do you say that? He gave us a chance to win the game after we threw it away.

His teammates just couldn't step.up.
Bad plays and stupid penalties lose games. He has had way to many of those in his limited playing time.

If you are going to overlook his bad plays and penalties you have an agenda or you just aren’t paying attention.

He really didn't make any mistakes in 2022 that other players didn't make.

My guess is tgat he didn't react well on the sideline.
In his limited playing time he made way to many stupid penalties.

Holding on punt returns, getting to close to the return man, personal fouls.

Him and Fowler probably had the highest % of penalties per play on the team.
Jimmy Johnson has mentioned not drafting dumb players! I agree.
