Just like issues with Michael Irvin made the Cowboys gun shy about drafting Randy Moss, this pretty much kills any possibility of signing AP or Hardy.

Would trading for Calvin Johnson be an option we'd consider? He's eating a ton of cap space on Detroit and they haven't won anything.
There's a Linehan connection.
We could pay him what we'd intended to pay Dez.
At this point in his career it's now or never for Romo, this would be a great addition for him.
