They had to go to over time, because Chris Perry ran the ball enough on them to move the chains and put Plamer in a situation where he didn't have to throw it on every down, and he had some shorter third downs. Plus, T.J. Houshmendzadeh torched their secondary. He lit them up. His numbers were huge. If Palmer doesn't mismanage the game or the clock at the end of the game, the Giants would have lost.

Lots of people keep talking about these give me 'blow outs' that we're going to have (started with the Eagles game) and when they're not happening, because this is the big leagues and not OU playing against Baylor or Slippery Rock, all the sudden the sky is falling, the coaching staff needs to be fired right now and replaced, Romo should be traded cause he turns it over too much, TO is too old and doesn't ever make any impact plays, etc, etc.

The Whining is killing me too. Even in the DMN today. The Giants beat Cincy in OT and then we beat them in a tough game--but you would think we just lost our 5th in a row with this crybaby h.s.

I honestly don't mind the ******** and moaning on the game day thread, emotions will do that, but after the game is over, enjoy the victory and say we need to improve on this and that.

I don't think expressing concerns is necessarily giving up on the team. It's like a frustrated parent of an adult child. You don't like what they are doing, but you're powerless to change it.
