I can't think of a better OC than Tony Romo

I think he would be better of defense.

True, could you even imagine?
Would be a disaster! Dak would have even more INT’s with gunslinger Romo running the offense. What an odd situation that would be Romo working with the QB who replaced him and ended up getting him cut. Even Romo would roll his eyes at that thought.

We have Jerry.. it's not like we're well off. He hired Garrett and Moore which is equally ridiculous to bringing in Romo. Imagine a fan who would hire a no experience OC before he even hires a HC? That's a special kind of stupid.

Whiskey. It's the only thing that makes sense.

First, he isn't taking a pay cut to work longer/harder. Secondly, he has said multiple times if he does coach, he wants to coach defense and feels he would have more success there because he would know what the offense is thinking.

I'd like to say that every stupid decision in 30 years is alcohol related, but I think he's just that football inept. And he never seems to learn from it.

Ego driven.

The buy out is coming….Romo usual goofiness wears thin after the novelty is over……..

Greg Olsen is loved!!!
Romo's owed $144 million over the next 8 seasons. That's gonna be some buy out.

So if cbs is tired of romo’s lack of preparation and interest, does this bode well to slip into an OC role? I’m not so sure.

Tony makes more money then any NFL coach . Why in the world would he want to coach ?

I loved Romo and wanted him to remain QB.. and I actually enjoy his comments most of the time.. but this would be a bad bad move.

Need an experienced OC that LOVES the game and is passionate about coaching.. this has to be the thing THEY are driven to do. Not a 'back up' job because they are a washed up player/not good enough QB.

When will we realise that the coaches that are killing it right now are those who are actually life long passionate coaches. Not gimmicks.

I still can’t figure out why these networks pay anyone that kind of money.

Absolutely no one watches the game for the announcers.

I don’t who is there, even if it’s no one. If I want to see that game I’m watching it.
Well I can understand why John Madden should have been paid that type of money.... Aikman is pretty damn good too!!
