He has played far above anybody's expectations, but lets hold off on naming him the permanent starter until we see how he does against the Rams and Eagles, arguably two of the best teams in the NFL.

If he loses both of those games, I put Dak back in the lineup.

And we're not settling for Rush; he's 3-0 and the problems we've seen with Dak are not showing up in Rush's play.

You can ala Russell Wilson. However a QB is just never going to want to get traded away from Dallas. Just look at Aikman and Romo's salaries in the booth

Financially, it would only make sense if you were doing a full tear down and rebuild. Then the dead money over 3 years wouldnt matter. Thats not the direction we going to take, and with the defense playing as it is the next two years may be our best shot at a run in a while

When does that Conman’s contract expire again? We should request a CowboysZone Countdown for the day his contract expires and throw a nationwide party when it does.
