not much.
melon wanted to know what is going on in china since rescheduling the trip there.
so i told him about a few projects under negotiations.
phoenix has a company that already has a joint venture with a company near shanghai.
the owner has known putty for 25 years, and got putty involved in that one.

melon wants to know, and there is not much that needs to be kept secret so i told him.
seems to annoy him, but then it does not.
have no idea, perhaps it is the alcohol working...

now that u r an empty-nester, what are the plans ?
if you are not careful, you are soon going to be selling 1 house per month, then 2 house per month, then ...

Yeah, I'm at a crossroad, don't know id I should focus on selling or investing. Or maybe just go back to work . We'll see, have a great day bro

the phoenix owner had the 1st deal all agreed to 6 months ago, all without putty.
it has allowed him to expand the business and can make quite a bit of money without any risks like mortgaging his house.

since putty knows people in china, that has helped get a better deal for him and for the follow-on deals.
the original deal, though, was pretty good, so he did well for himself.
but like people say, devil is in the details so putty gets a nice role for a few years.

he is not chinese ethically so he does not want to move there.
we have known each other for 25 years so there is trust there.
not much else to it.

The coloring carcinogenic dye was the million dollar closely guarded secret, it was kinda a neat little operation, it was all calcium carbonate( chalk) as the base,of an elevated moisture content, with a small percent of iron pyrite( black sand) to form the matrix,being agitated into it, then pressed into like a 3.5"x3.5" by about 2" thick blocks from like a 30,000psi hydraulic ram press,the block form weighed about 40 lbs & he was to old& his pretty tweaker girlfriend couldn't press for the quantity they needed, those blocks were placed in wire mesh bottomed wood framed trays about 2.5' sq.and placed in racks in the klin/ drying room for like 3-4 days,as that coloring agent injected under constantly building pressure for like 48 hours could not displace existing moisture in the middle of those blocks as it would turn out 'milky' and be a bad run or shot,the acrylic Catalyst or activator added to the dye as a final step before pressurizing it sets it up as hard as stone,,,the easiest way for the novice to differentiate between synthetic and real turquoise is with intense heat cuz if it starts smoking black & melting like a soda pop straw on fire, you know it's fake,or the more refined will stick the tounge on it, as the synthetic is slick while authentic turquoise your tongue will slightly stick to ito_O

Man,I think I'm ready to go back to work myself,to be honest about it,at least 2-3 days aweek.
