I Like Beer A Lot

portugal.
northern portugal shore is like san francisco that is far from any major quake fault.
it has #2 biggest city - porto
southern portugal is like los angeles but is within 120 miles of huge fault that rarely triggers a quick.
it has the capital and largest city in lisbon.

putty really likes portugese food, particularly the seafood.
i am looking into spending a couple months a year there.
still have to get my china stuff straight first -lots of delays etc.

Man!,that's an annual amount for my dust bin A.O.,,,Thats one thing I liked about Texas while toolin' thru ( other than the honest ,good natured folk in the little burgs I'd be routed through) was the amount of standing/ flowing water I'd see,,,man,I've been out on the desert hardpan when a good monsoon would unleash & if yer' not out&up on the blacktop out running it ,in less than 20 minutes,,,yer liable to be stuck sitting 4-6 hours or longer till the instant rivers stop flowing.

Hey Coach. Merce got a lot of rain but none in the house so we’re good. Today my brother and I went to help some folks that were not as fortunate. I heard we got something like 12” of rain in 4 hour period.

Good to hear from you,DB( How's them feet of yer's? Manageable I hope) it rained most all day Sunday, with about 3 pretty intense pea sized hailstone tizzy's kicking in& hammering down at my place over the weekend.

The foot has gotten a lot better as of late. Manage to get around without much help from the pain killers and such. Sucks that I got fitted for new shoes after buying these insanely priced orthodics, learning I now wear a size 11 1/2 4E shoe. If only I was as tall as Coach, I might be considered bigfoot... lol Sorry Coach, had to say it.....

That's very kind of your brother and yourself to go out and help the needy like that. Shows there are still a few good people out there.... Hearing all these weather stories across the US, I am beginning to think the end of days are coming. Hope everyone stays safe and dry.

Again I miss you guys and thanks for all the updates..... It's great to know California has not sunk into the ocean yet. Also good to know somewhere someone is still playing the song Texas Flood by Stevie Ray Vaughn. Now we all just need to sit and wait to find out how much of Putty's casing-liner gets chewed off before he comes home.... LOL
