Good morning....sitting in my sauna sweating out the toxins! Might head to the island with my bros tonight to see Toby Beau.....he sang My angel Baby back in the 70s and has turned that one hit wonder into a pretty good living.

there is a restaurant in SF called r&g lounge that does a good salt-and-pepper dungeness crab with lot of fried finely-chopped jalapeno in some batter...

guess it was od'ing long ago on lobster took a lot of the luster off crab for me.
love shrimp though, as long as it is not imported from farms in india or something like that...

Shrimp is very high in cholesterol. But on a bright side, I love shrimp smothered in Old Bay.
