Shrimp is very high in cholesterol. But on a bright side, I love shrimp smothered in Old Bay.not a big fan of crab.

there is a restaurant in SF called r&g lounge that does a good salt-and-pepper dungeness crab with lot of fried finely-chopped jalapeno in some batter...
guess it was od'ing long ago on lobster took a lot of the luster off crab for me.
love shrimp though, as long as it is not imported from farms in india or something like that...
