I've lived plenty. Don't really like to travel like I used to. I wanna make sure she gets through graduate school without any student loans. I also want to give her a house as a graduation gift. That will be living for me.

Wasn't pretty..I have to get my real estate licence renewed in a couple of months. Gotta take 98 hours of online course.
