I was drinking from 6am to bed time for 8 straight months. It if wasn't beer, but hard alcohol instead, this would be a whole damn different fight, brudda

Copy that! I've had a friend who literally drank himself to death. I was in the same classes with his daughter in high school ,,,I didn't know he was her father till after he died, he was a hard core vodka drinker the cheap plastic gallon jugs ,he lived a couple blocks over from me and I'd watch football and drink with him on Sundays.

I used to pound that charcoal distilled vodka out of the jug, Melon. The stuff so crappy it was meant for mixing drinks. Would pop off the pouring spout and chugalug.

Drank like that every day for two years straight when I first left the Army. Had to do a strict VA rehab where they gave me Librium so I wouldn't seizure (from the DTs). Ugh...

What I'm doing now is Mickey Mouse compared to those days. Just need some benzos for a few days and I'll be fine.
