I Think They Hold Dak Out Next Week

After the bye is the smart play. Really the only one.

Season is a marathon not a sprint.
Exactly, putting him back in there if he's not 100% is setting him up for failure. Luckily we're 3-1 and Rush is playing great but I would say the same thing if we were 1-3. I'm hoping for after the bye week and I'm saying that with no agendas or biases involved. I just feel it's the best thing for everyone.

There's no way they are going to bring him back against the Rams.

They'd rather Rush play bad than Dak. That would be the best case scenario for them to get him back out there without a bunch of controversy.

The problem with that comes with what happens if Rush throws a wrench into their plans, plays well, and we win the game?

And if Rush wins?

We could be picking apart Wentz's debacle but instead, we're ridiculing our own QB's.

Thought this place could handle winning better. It did seem like that, the past week.

Might be a sudden "complication" that arises and puts Dak on Injured Reserve.

What's wrong with you guys? Seriously did we not just win? Did our QB just play admirably in our victory ? Are we the Dallas Daks ? or the Dallas Cowboys ? Why in order for one to be good the other has to suck ?

You guys show signs of small intellect. For real I'm not trying to but condescending. WE The Dallas Cowboys are 3-1 and all you punk aaa mofo's can do is whine about some Fictitious controversy that only exist in some of you's mind?

Man you guys make me embarrassed to be a Cowboy's fan. Steven a. is correct I love the Cowboy's hate their fans

I doubt he plays till after the Philadelphia game. I’m thankful that Rush has kept our season alive. Under Garrett we would 0-4 and on our 3rd quarterback at this point…

you can't be happy with a win. so sad.
Are you not one of the posters that always complain about Dak "only beating bad teams" when the Cowboys win when he starts?

If so, are you purposefully attempting to be a hypocrite, or is that by accident?

you must have me confused with captain-43-crash. I support the crap out of dak.

I have a hard time believing you, but OK.

I just hope to see you staying positive when Dak starts playing again and the Cowboys win.

Not sure a return against most likely the 5-0 Birds on SNF in Philly is what he’s waiting for here folks.

If I was the mgmt this is exactly what I would do.

This is not the hidden agenda of anyone on the team. Dak got hurt. Let this thing play itself out.

If Rush poops the bed, then you know what you have to do. If Rush is on a win streak, then you also know what to do.

The only real problem they will have is if Rush goes 10-0, 12-0, 13-0 or something unexpected like this. At this point you make the call that is in the team's best interest.

Really I don't think the players or the team needs to get their panties in a knot until after the Eagles game. Then Dak should really be healed, and hopefully has learned from the time standing on the sidelines.

No need to panic right now even though we all know the media is going to play these scenarios out this entire week with the first ever 4-0 perfect start Cowboys QB in team history.

We should all just push away from the bong pipe and watch the show.

Dak is not playing until after the bye-that is my prediction.

I don’t think they hold him out much longer. He’ll be back next game.
