I thought he was the Head Basketball Coach at the University of North Carolina.WoodysGirl;2148391 said:Receiver from Detroit. Heard he's pretty good.
Different guy. But I remember the guy you're talking about. Didn't he used to coach at another school. Names begins with a K.Hostile;2148395 said:I thought he was the Head Basketball Coach at the University of North Carolina.
No that was a coach whose name starts with K and coaches at UNC's rival, Duke.WoodysGirl;2148398 said:Different guy. But I remember the guy you're talking about. Didn't he used to coach at another school. Names begins with a K.
Naw, the school he used to coach at began with a K. That coach at UNC's rival...he's got like 5 syllables in his name, right?Hostile;2148400 said:No that was a coach whose name starts with K and coaches at UNC's rival, Duke.

Remember, the interview where he basically said Jesus and his fear of getting injured have made him taken away his edge and made him cautious on the football field? (Of course, no mention of the many many Big Mac's he's probably consumed over the last few years).
He knows he's not good anymore. His teammates know it (Remember Terence Newman's comments?), his coaches know it (taking him off the field in passing situations)...so why do people still insist he's an "all pro"?
hmm, maybe god is a deadskins fan...?

Roy stinks .PERIOD! he is flatout terrible.leeblair;2147457 said:It really began back in Parcells last season. The first game of the year, Plaxico Burress caught a touchdown pass that Roy Williams would have knocked down if he hadn't run into the official.
After that, it seemed that every failure of the defense was Roy's fault.
Someone catches a touchdown pass- it's Roy's fault.
Someone breaks a run to the end zone- it's Roy's fault.
Wade Phillips breaks a toe nail walking across the sideline- It's Roy's fault.
I don't get it. I watched Roy Williams take Peyton Manning to school that year, and eat his lunch. Roy's play is a big reason that we beat the undefeated Colts.
But, someone started an anti- Roy Campaign. If we lose a game, it's Roy's fault.
It's not like we don't have other defensive backs, or linemen in the game.
They blame it all on Roy.
I, for one, am a Cowboys fan. And, I like players like Roy Williams who seem to be able to step up and charge the team with his play.
If Roy Williams has done anything wrong- it's being counted on too much.
He's still an all-pro in my book.

I didn't join yet but I would sit back and watch, and Rack and some other guywent toe to toe on who's fault it was on the Moss catches. Everyone blasted Rack for critisizing the untouhable Roy Williams, but as time went on, the guy was absolutely right.
