If Dak is playable and on the field, he produces

What we have here is undeserved loyalty and stubbornness. CCBoy, you're a good egg as a Cowboys fan. Over the years I have enjoyed your posts and displays of great fandom for the Cowboys. I truly appreciate you. However, it's time to see Dak for what he is and not what you wish him to be.

In a decade as our QB1, Dak should have something to show for it. A conference championship, an MVP award, something to distinguish him as having the ability to match the expectations for which he was drafted. That hasn't happened and the excuses I see you making for him just don't fill the deficit left in the wake of disappointment. Wake up buddy, Dak is done.
Dak looks to me like he doesn't want to make the playoffs. He was so bad in that GB game he is mentally broken.

You really betting on that way out of being a man? He has pride and by now, hates not doing or being all he can be.

His job is actually to have a strategy.
You are so full of it.

He is to organize his team, but team directions are brought to him. He is not handcuffed by having someone else telling him instead, how to run his organization. You Sir, are a spoiled fan that instead shares resentment and forces a present view based on winning it all even as it rebuilds yearly. Thanks for nothing here.

You are crying on a support Dak thread...and say nothing about him. Only yourself!

It is not a support Dak anything. The exact same thing happened to Romo. Jerry does not hire the best coaches, he does not sign legit FA's and he is forced to draft for need more often than not over best player available. He intentionally, pretends like we have no money to spend, and waits for no reason to over pay his talented players.

He is by far the worst GM in football and it is only getting worse as he gets older.

'They want to know if they can have their arrows back.'

We go back to 2016, the year after that exact backup quarterback calamity struck a Cowboys team that was returning after being a Dez Bryant "catch-no catch" play away in Green Bay, Wisconsin, from advancing to the 2014 NFC Championship Game, where they would have faced a Seattle team the 12-4 Cowboys had already beaten earlier in the season, 30-23, and in Seattle at that.

Cry baby acting...put your favorite item of fandom away. The 30 year calendar.

Romo in the third preseason game suffers a compression fracture of the L1 vertebrae, and just like that became the arrival of the Cowboys' current starting quarterback Prescott going into his now 10th NFL season. Romo's career was over, the rookie that year winning 11 straight and leading the team into the playoffs as the No. 1 seed at 13-3.

Both Tony Romo and then Dak Prescott came from about nowhere and both succeeded at a very strong level for the Cowboys.

No, it wasn't just all doom and gloom being projected by much of this current board. No, it isn't now just insult and move on.

2016 saw both Ezekiel Elliott and Dak Prescott drafted.

There was a rule change that occurred when those very Cowboys, led by a 'rook.' should have been in the NFC Championship Game...not because Prescott was so inept!!
