I don't even know what you're talking about....this topic isn't even about who's better or who's worse. It was about his place amongst Cowboys quarterbacks. If you want to compare a guy in 2021 to guys in the 90's and 70's be my guest but that was not what I was doing. I wasn't even alive when Roger played lol.

I disagree. Dak is not better than Romo. If a healthy Romo had this team...I think our ceiling would be higher. But that can all change depending on how far Dak takes this team

Dak is far and away a better leader. He is also more durable. But his pre-snap work is not better. His release is not better. His accuracy is not better. His ability to push the ball down the field is not better. But leadership and durability do matter. And if Daks superiority in those areas allows him to take this team further....he will certainly get this fans stamp of approval. But as it stands for me....right now....Romo is better.

I can't play the "what if" game. All I can do is go by what I saw and Romo has had teams just as good if not better then this current team and choked away to Cabo. In regards to his release and accuracy....that doesn't make you a better QB....because i'd argue Jay Cutler had a better arm than Romo yet, i'd never in a million years take Cutler over Romo.

I’ve watched since 75. Danny White has done more than Dak. Not a joke. Guy went to multiple NFCCG in a row. People just see video game stats snd think someone’s great automatically when they are just Top 10 in 2021-2022. Romo was great at many things wasted with a bad coach and carried us to records. Dak is great in ways too but overall I don’t care. I just want to win. No one in the 90s was debating if Troy was better than Roger. Just wanted more SBs. Same in 70s. Expect SBs

Romo has much better arm talent than Dak...it is not even a conversation. If you think it is...you don't know football. Having said that...arm talent is not the ONLY trait that makes one a great QB...I don't think anybody would claim Joe Montana had elite arm talent and we all know what he represents. I stated what I thought Dak was better at than Romo...and we shall see if those things would allow him to lead this team further than Romo did. I am a Cowboys fan....so I am rooting for Dak as hard as I rooted for Romo.

How many rings Danny White get?

If Danny White had a ring i'd put him on that level too. I don't care about top 10 rankings or none of that. If you get a ring you are in elite company. Mahomes has 1 ring but he is in elite company whether people want to acknowledge it. Same goes for Eli Manning. If its hyperbole to say Dak wins a ring he's on the level of other champions? So be it. Rocyaice has admitted in other threads that he's just a Dak fan.

There's no need to try and educate him in Cowboys history or try to speak rationally to him. He doesn't care. That's why he's so comfortable throwing champions like Aikman under the bus if he thinks it props up Dak. Where Dak goes he will follow.

Also, if you keep calling him out on this he'll start calling you and Eagles fan. That's his game. Just a heads up.
