I'm so tired of this misguided bashing of our star WR

Or like in the Skins game where he drops it.

You're clearly missing the point and your name explains why...

The point that you put into every topic you make?

Bledsoe sucks, but that doesnt absolve TO from dropping the passes that do come his way. He is getting paid a ton of money to alligator arm passes over the middle of the field.

Please answer my original question in this thread.

I would say the biggest problem would be the team cancer who never learned to respect authority and never learned to get along, but thats just me.

So the FACT that that "so called" cancer is WIDE OPEN for 6 but isn't getting the ball means absolutely nothing to to you, right.. Like is said before, unbelievable!! You have alot to learn about football..

Yes, he is wide open like in the Skins game and drops the ball.

Drew Bledsoe and TO is a match made in hell, what did we as a fan base collectivly do to deserve these pieces of crap?

We're all entitled to our opinions. ;) I, personally, believe in giving people a chance to prove themselves without harping on anything they might have done in the past. (especially if they show they're trying to improve)

I would much rather have a QB that feels pressure and can move/improvise while also having the smarts to throw the ball away instead of retracting like a slug and giving the team what equates to a holding penalty. Imagine this. As a lineman I am playing my butt off while being mindful that my slightest mistake will mean a guaranteed sack. Meanwhile my QB sits back there and takes sack after sack. Hell, I might as well hold. It's all the same.

Like I said, your name explains your outlook. You don't see the game, you see TO...

This is the first thing you've said that I agree with. Get Romo in there before it's too late this season.

Are you blind to his drops or something? For saying your not a TO apologist, you sure are doing a fantastic job of it.

Riddle me this: What's more of a killer?

1. A WR dropping a pass on 2nd & 8 to create 3rd & 8

or

2. A veteran QB retracting like a slug and taking a field position killing sack on 2nd & 8 to create 3rd & 18 while looking very much like a rookie

Please advise.

Thanks.
You're not near tired enough because it is only going to get ramped up and escalated.

Get your popcorn ready.

Help... the irony is crushing me.

Yes, the key to being 3-1 is more players screaming at everything with a pulse on the sideline. The key to football has been discovered, all we have to do is scream at each other and we will win. Fantastic.

:laugh2:

Drew is trying. I give him that. However, the speed at which he processes reads has declined and it shows. Owens, on the other hand, is like microwaveable popcorn placed in the microwave for too long. He's going to explode against the Texans and this will hopefully be the beginning (that is if bleedslow can process more than one read in 5 seconds and get the ball to him).

Then live up to your little motto then. Wonder why you'll give TO a chance and not Bledsoe?

I'm not saying it's bad that you give TO second, third, (or whatever number it is) chances. Just be consistent. Inconsistency breeds the apologist label.

I'm consistent in wanting to have a season in which we go to the playoffs and live up to the hype. I already know by what I have seen thus far that Bleedslow is not going to make that happen. I'm not giving TO any chances. I'm going by what I have seen this season and not the past. period!
TO cannot throw the ball to himself. Bleedslow will continue to kill this team every other game when the cards are on the table. That = 8 & 8 which is not good enough. We are grossly wasting the talent we have in place because Parcells is too stubborn to see his boy is past his prime. 8 & 8 is not acceptable to me.

This thread has inspired me to post a poll. oh nm. I don't know how to post one. I will say some of you are in denial of you're focusing solely on TO being the one and only problem.

No, T.O. is not the only problem. That's why it was so absurd to think that signing him would vault us to Superbowl contender status. Without a consistent O-line and relatively mistake-free QB, we won't sniff the Super Bowl. Given the evidence before us, I'm not holding out much hope.

Ummmm, no one is bashing Terry Glenn. What's up with the title of this post.

Grant you, there is a lot of TO bashing here and everywhere else...but if he wants it to go away, I sugest he shut up and get with the program.

But our star WR isn't getting bashed at all.
