Im still 100% behind Romo

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. How many times is Romo going to fool you? Face it, Romo's a born loser.

This guy is the laughingstock of the league right now. I dread going to work tomorrow to hear the Cowboy haters laughing their *** off.

Tony is like that boyfriend you know is not good for you but you have a hard time letting go because you think there wont be anyone else better for you and he will do something special from time to time and promise he "he wont break your heart again" But, he continues to mess up and when you finally make the decision to let go, it will be the best decision.

its a constant roller coaster ride with him. (Two of the worst meltdowns with him at QB) I DO NOT TRUST HIM anymore. Enough is Enough. As a Cowboys fan, I have to back him because we ride and die with him for now. Whatever happens this year, happens. But for next year, I will be shocked if Jerry doesn't explore options, whether its Rookie, or free agency.

are you going to change your avatar and sig. pic?

Since Romo screwed the pooch (and not without a little help) I am certain that this will now be considered a "big game".

Gemini Dolly, this is Lane's wife Kim, hey. You hit the nail on the head in your description of Tony. No woman on Earth could have said it better.

To me, it's not about believing in him or not. He's the Cowboys quarterback, and they aren't making a change.

So why get all upset about it? I don't have any power to change it.
By that logic, why watch the games? Fans can't change the outcome one way or the other, so why get excited or upset either way?

Romo may be a tough SOB, but he's still an SOB. I'll never question his toughness, but he's not a winner.

what's the point of this thread?

A place for fans to proclaim their undying love and support for Romo even if it means costing the Cowboys success.

Its nice to profess that you are behind Romo or you hate Romo, whichever side you may fall into.

But last 5-6 years of Romo starting or playing for Cowboys, quite of have been memorable on the low side. Baltimore Game, Philly end of the season game, Jets Game, Now this. Not to mention the Giants game.

Sure not all of them have been due to Tony Romo failing or fault. But somehow, he always finds himself in midst of epic failures or Franchise firsts seems like.

At certain piont, you got to call spade a spade. He is worst QB ever for Cowboys or even among worst among Cowboys QBs? Of course absolutely not.

But he is not even Danny White, well not yet anyway. Stats be darned, but he is definetly so far, worst Starting QB for Cowboys who started for Cowboys for more than 2-3 years. Not by wins and losses alone, but just having epic failures.

Sad thing about this game was, it was not even a tough game. Hence not even an excuse for losing it this way. Its nothing to do with not being able to win "Big" game either.

ONly hope is, that like Eli Manning or Ben Rothelisberger, despite their TOs, he can play well during a playoff run, if they get there. Either way, I think Cowboys as an organization have to think long term, and get a QB in Draft if there is one available that is good. Tony's grace time is over now.

I have faith in him, because S happens, but he HAS to quit being so aggressive in situations like that. And for the love of God Garrett, figure out the running game. We haven't had a running game worth anything in forever. Maybe the lead draw when Sparano was here, that's a ways back. And even that was misleading.

Sigh, just wish we could balance this offense and not make it feel like when Ogletree gets it to the 1, I'm thinking, sweet, 3 points....

Have faith guys, Romo can do it, crazy year, but I'm watching all these games and a lot of these QBs, from Brees to Roth to Flacco, heck even Brady have their ups and downs...

At least I feel like our D is finally coming together, just need a freaking running game!!! (I'm talking Emmitt like 4.5 ypc consistency, not Barry like 50 yard rips and then 1 yard, 1 yard, 2 yard)

I think if we can find that game, then Romo quits making bonehead mistakes as much, because plays will come from elsewhere, and our D will be more aggresive, and we can control clock.

thanks for the venting forum ;)

Ever wonder how inadequate this team might look without Romo?

I'm still a believer. Like someone else mentioned Brady played far worse than Romo did today in last week's lost to the Bills. It happens nothing you can do about it except move on and avoid making the same mistakes.

there are only a few players i can not stand more than brady..

That is definetly the truth, no matter which side on the isle one might fall. I no longer believe in Romo, but he is definetly the only option right now. And trading him is not an option in offseason either. That would be Dumb.

Just watch the Jets/Ravens game right now and watch Sanchez play. I bet despite Sanchez taking them to two AFC championships, they would love to have Romo and his inconsistency over Sanchez and too few good games.

What would be prudent for Cowboys front office and Garrett would be to have contingency plan for next season and if Good QB falls to them, to take him to groom him. No longer can you be in the wagon of Romo 100%.

Oh, Brady occasionally has those type of Games. Seems like with Romo, its minimum of 2-3 games a season seemingly. He has absolutely inexcusable 2 games out 4 games this season already. Especially just when it seemed like he pretty much had hold of lockeroom. Thats what hurts most with this loss.

I'm sick of this guy blowing leads... I do not have the belief he'll take Dallas to a Superbowl victory.

Quit bringing up Brady. He has won superbowls. Romo has not done squat and does not deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Brady. I don't have faith in Romo at all. I'm convinced he's a loser. It's time for Jerry to hire a true GM so he can draft a QB.

Wait until Romo is gone. I for one am not looking forward to the Jerry QB draft and insane FA QB pickups. Anyone remember the period of tragic comedy which occurred between Aikman and Romo ?
