are you serious?

absolutely, are you really worried it is going to fall?

Seriously?

you understand the structure is strong enough to hold that video board plus another 90,000 lbs right?

You must stay up all night or sleep in your yard, because there is a chance your roof could fall on your face.

why are people so worried about the scoreboard, and it falling?

Do people really think the board falling is an issue?

I don't get this fear either. While it is a large video board, the support system holding it up is really large as well. I don't see people worried about arenas around the country with center-hung video boards.

yep, I think some people have no grasp at the size of this place.

Its ridiculously large. When people really start to see it on tv they will get a feel for it.

The ballpark in arlington where the rangers play down the street is a large facility, in comparison it looks like a little league field.

The stadium is just immense.

Not to nitpick, but what I perceive to be the sidelines look pretty narrow. It's nice for the fans to be closer, but with players, coaches, media and cheerleaders, you'd think they would allow more space.

I wish we'd make the visitor's sideline area very small

I know that it's been discussed at length and that there's no way such a simple mistake would have been made, but that thing sure looks like it could interfere with some punts.

The Arches actually allow the screen to be hung higher than in a traditional stadium structure.

Someone that knows more may correct me, but I believe reading that the Arches allow 35 more feet in elevation in order to compensate for the screen.

Those pics had to have been taken near the top row.

What I find most interesting about the photos is the material used on the floor/field sub surface.

Looks too shiny to be cement, anyone on the inside know what is going with that?

Also, almost looks like five yard grid marks underlying, but more than likely just segments layed out for pouring the cement.

The ventilation crew really had their work cut out for them as well.

That is some extremely gigantic duct work!

I'm still trying to figure out what the wind will be like with the open endzones? I know they are not open at field level, but I wonder if there will be any wind tunnel effect.. anyone have any idea of how the structure will handle wind?

It is cement and the only way to pour such a large area is to segment it into smaller sections

The only thing it needs is a sixth SB banner hanging from above.

I don't know how anyone can say the video board is too big... It's actually perfect for the dimension of that huge stadium. I can't wait to catch a game at the new stadium.

Honestly, I think that video screen is just too big.

You'll learn to appreciate it. It's not too big. Do you realize what all went into getting that screen together? I do.

I don't know if those lines are accurate depictions of what the field will look like.

Heres an old pic of the screen on the ground. I don't know how complete it was at that time.

Little perspective I guess.
