Did anyone see how pissed off Irvin was after last nights game (it was a clip on Dale Hansens sports special tonight)?

He was every bit as disgusted as I and many people who have posted in this forum and had theiir fan status questioned.

At least I know I'm in good company.

Here's my best effort to transcribe what he said (courtesy of TIVO):

He was pissed and sounded like he was about to cry

"That's it!!

That's it, that's the bottom line!!

You win this game, you win it for the fans so they can at least say, OK we won the last game at Texas Stadium.

Man, you can't man-up and do that????

Then don't even talk about going to the playoffs, don't even talk....

you can't go down and find something in your GUT??!!

To come up with something......a victory tonight????

SHHHEEEEEEEESHH!!!!!!!!

COME ON MAN!!!!!!!!!"

what was he doing?

Dude everyone was disgusted. But guess what? We've got one bullet left and that's all that matters right now. Should we lose in Philadelphia or in the playoffs, re-commence the ripping of the team, rip them now if you want as well: just don't give up hope.

Basically said (in a very, very upset and disgusted tone) that it was pathetic how little heart and desire Dallas showed, what with them fighting for a playoff spot and this being the last game at Texas Stadium. Said that real men would have found a way to win that game.

I bet he wasnt calling for everyone to be fired, and Romo, TO etc to be cut and Jerry to die was he?

He is a fan the same as most of us rational people who were upset but not stupidf

I thought, according to many on this forum, if you don't kiss Jerry's butt you ain't a real Cowboys fan! I don't and if that's the case I guess I ain't, it they're right!

No. No one ever said.
Now, when you're a person who 90% of the time they post it's something negative about the team, well, you may be called out.

He was walking up the tunnell after the game being interviewed by Joe Trahan.

I'll take Michael Irvin and his passion and effort coupled with his bad side off the field over T.O. who has not had any off the field issues and his selfish whineing, team divisive tendencies, and his lame route running! FWIW!

Give me Irvin over T.O. every day of the week, and twice on Sundays.

So why not get JJ to pay Irvin to do motivational locker room appearances twice a week? (One before game, one at half time) :D
